Full gourmet kitchen, electric fireplace, coffee and wine bar, smart TVs with Netflix/Hulu/Disney+, washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, board games, and dedicated workspace. Master suite features king bed, walk-in shower, and private porch with 5-person hot tub.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10):
Master suite: king bed. Upstairs guest bedroom: queen bed plus twin rollaway. Office: bunk bed sleeping 2. Loft: queen sofa bed plus twin futon.
Outdoor Living:
5-person private hot tub, covered porch with BBQ grill, fire table, outdoor dining, paddleboard, floaties, life jackets, and beach towels included. Direct Douglas Lake access across from the house.

Douglas Lake is a Bill Dance Signature Lake and MLF Pro Circuit fishing destination — world-class bass fishing right outside your door.
This lakefront barndominium sits right on Douglas Lake with private boat ramp access during peak season (March–October). When the lake is up, you're steps from the water — perfect for boating, fishing, and lake days. Like all TVA-managed lakes, Douglas Lake follows a natural seasonal water cycle — levels are at their fullest and most beautiful spring through fall, and gradually draw down to a calmer, more exposed shoreline in the winter months. Kayak rentals and boat ramp directions are provided to all guests during high season.

2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard available to rent for your stay — for an additional fee. We share this gear across our properties, so availability isn't guaranteed. Message us as soon as you book to reserve yours before another guest claims them.

Self check-in. No smoking or parties. Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 11 AM. Free parking on premises. Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors on site. Douglas Lake is across the street — Bill Dance Signature Lake, MLF Pro Circuit fishing destination.
Dogs welcome (max 1). Cats not permitted. A $80 pet fee applies and will be added to your reservation. Pets are not allowed on furniture. A crate is provided — any time your dog is left unattended in the home, they must be secured in it. This is a brand new build and we want to keep it pristine for every guest. We know your pup is family! A metal wire dog crate (36" x 23" x 25") is available on-site for medium to large dogs (40–70 lbs) with a removable tray for easy cleanup.
