Come stay on a quaint block in historic South Williamsburg. A culturally diverse neighborhood mixed with a laid back artistic vibe. Our spacious and inviting private apartment is the perfect landing pad for your epic NYC adventure.

We have a cat, her name is SweetPea and she will be present during your stay and has the minimal needs any cat would have. She is very sweet, playful and makes it into many of our reviews :)

Ideally your a cat person.

The space

Southern exposure and tall windows allow for great light all day long. Hardware floors and 14 ft ceilings make it a great place to do yoga, stretch, hula hoop, or unwind from a day on the town. We recently lofted our bedroom doubling the space available for projects and lounging- It has a proper staircase and great views.

We are located at the foot of the Williamsburg bridge allowing for quick access to Manhattan (5-7 minute drive), located on multiple bike lanes (10 minutes biking to Manhattan, Greenpoint, Fort Greene, etc), 2 blocks from the east river ferry ((website hidden)) and a short walk to the JM (7-8 minutes) and L trains (15 minutes).

Deli's, Grocery stores, and shops are all within a few blocks to pick up anything you may need. The unit has a full kitchen with gas range, microwave, and dehydrator, bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower, and our unit has a washer and dryer. High speed internet included.

Nearby hotspots include the famous Marlow & Sons, Diner, Bembe, Peter Lugers Steakhouse, Roebling Tea House, Dressler, Pies and Thighs, Moto, etc We also send a list of fun NYC things to do to all of our guests.

Guest access

The entire space is yours (except the storage areas). Help your self to anything in the fridge or pantry.

Interaction with guests

Our in-person interaction is usually pretty limited, we are usually either out of town or on the way to the airport by the time you arrive. However, we love meeting our guests when we overlap, its nice to show them around the apartment in person.

Other things to note

Our building is a quirky old loft building in NYC that used to be a book binding factory. The floors are the original floors and unfortunately the space under ours does not have finished ceilings- so please be careful with beverages around the apartment. If you accidentally spill something on the floor it goes straight through into the apartment below. Accidents happen so if something does spill just be sure to act fast and get up as much as you can before it slips through.

Also because this is an old space sound does travel so please be respectful to our neighbors and keep music at a low volume after 10pm.

Ali & Justin's flat meets all expectations of being a well located location to visit Manhattan and experience Brooklyn. The location is within walking distance of the subway/ferry, and some really great restaurants in Brooklyn. Their communication was prompt and very detailed, which allowed us to have an enjoyable stay. I would recommend their flat to anyone looking to have a great time in NYC!

Ali and Justin were amazing hosts, and their cat Sweet Pea was a wonderful roommate in the apartment. The location was great... within walking distance to the subway, which would take you to Manhattan. The apartment was cozy and wonderful to come home to at the end of every day. Ali and Justin offered some great recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved the location. Williamaburg reminds me of a fast paced portland for those who are fond and familiar with. Great local. Easy to find. Rules are straightforward I appreciated their communication with me. Having Sweetpea as a roomie was a bonus for me. Super loving and easy going cat. Not an inconvenience at all. The size of the place was good and I love the big windows that let in the natural light. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. Easy to get to public transit.

The listing was very accurate. We enjoyed Ali and Justin's funky and eclectic vibe! The apartment was neat, clean and felt at home right away. SweetPea, le chat, was a welcome purring companion after a long day in the city. The neighborhood was full of families and friendly. Ali and Justin gave us plenty of tips on where to eat and where to grab any necessities we may have needed. We appreciated being able to do a quick load of laundry while there. Having the ability to do do was a bonus! I would recommend this sweet apartment to any couple or family of three!

We had the best time staying at Ali and Justin's!! Relaxing in the cosy lounge listening to music and taking in all the surroundings with their friendly feline Sweetpea after our days out in New York. Lots happening nearby in Williamsburg, great restaurants and bars, and a very short ride to central Manhattan! I would recommend this stay to anyone who may come by it!!

Ali & Justin's apartment was awesome! They are very thoughtful hosts and their kitty, SweetPea is the perfect little host during our stay. Even if you aren't a cat person, you will enjoy your stay with SweetPea. The apartment was clean, is in a great location that is close to a few different subway stations, and was a joy to stay in. This was my first time renting an airbnb and it was an awesome experience. Ali and Justin left awesome recommendations, clear request/directions, and were able to answer every question I had for them. They even gave my friend and I pumpkin cheesecake which was SIMPLY AMAZING. I would highly recommend renting this apartment to anyone traveling to NYC.
