The Light Studio, a sunny studio apartment with balcony has special charm and artistic atmosphere because of its extraordinary furniture pieces and details.

Yes, everything is well designed and organized but we're stuck at loving the 'table'. We just love it more than the rest... - that tree root we found on the street could have easily ended up in heating stoves in some strange place, while in our case it just makes the place unique and a must see.

The space
The apartment is renovated in January 2017. Everything in the apartment is made of love and is very practical. The interior design was made by the owner itself, after many years of experience in interior designing and in recycling materials for art and furniture.

The apartment is light due to large windows available, that offer a sunny natural light during the day. All furniture are made out of old oak tree and a lot of other vintage material was used for furniture, including the lights and the decorations. We love reusing materials and details, and we have reflected the same in this project.

The apartment offers enough space for dining and staying while the balcony is the best spot for experiencing the sunrise and the sunset, while enjoying your coffee or tea.

The apartment has one double bed with a 35cm mattress thickness and an additional Couch which is multi-functional and it can also be used for sleeping. The kitchen area is fully equipped. There is a dining space and enough space for storage. The presence of wood within the bathroom, make the space a warm place and shower-enjoyable :-).

Other things to note
Prishtina is lovely. People are very friendly and almost everyone speaks English so feel free to ask any question during your stay and everyone is willing to help. We are a city of young energetic people, 60% are youth.

The neighbourhood is among the best and the most famous neighborhoods in Prishtina while the entrance building is very quite, with only a few families living and other apartments hosting offices. The street is among the most frequented, but yet very quiet. It is located in five minute walking distance to every touristic attraction and museum while the pedestrian area is less than a minute away.

The street is known for great restaurants of different cultures and a number of cafe bars. The restaurants are mainly visited by the foreigners living and / or travelling to Prishtina (Thai, Spanish, traditional etc.) while the local bars are filled with youngsters from Prishtina.

Yet, the area is very quite and the street is filled with trees. It is no wonder you will hear someone speaking your own language in our street, as it is known for being very 'international'.

We are a young family of 4. Just recently have had our second daughter Ana, and along with Eva they have managed to completely change our life. Lately, they are consuming most of our time, therefore we have added Don to help us take care of the apartments properly, in order to deliver the exceptional service we always aim to. As a sweet add-on to this profile, I'd tell everyone that we're an animal-lover family, our 5th member, and the most adrenaline-driven one is Noah, a Golden Retriever 4 paw wonder-soul.
