Our family friendly cottage is nestled just a block away from Neahkanie Beach (the north end of Manzanita beach) and is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. With partial ocean views from every west-facing window, your family can enjoy a short walk to the beach and experience the beauty of the coast. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and warm up in the 7 person hot tub. Enjoy a cozy wood-burning fireplace for stormy days or take in breathtaking sunsets on the deck with a glass of wine.

The space
Our beach cottage has been thoughtfully updated for a comfortable stay, but maintains the original charm of a true coastal cottage. We frequent it ourselves and have stocked it with everything needed for a relaxing coastal getaway. Conveniently located close to the beach, it's an easy walk along the sand to downtown Manzanita's shops and restaurants. The west facing deck takes advantage of partial ocean views while the back yard is perfect for lawn games. The back patio has an outdoor shower (available in all but the coldest months) and a large 7 person hot tub.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and yard. Guests are welcome to use all of the outdoor games and beach supplies in the first stall of the garage.

Other things to note
If you're requesting dates that are immediately before or after unavailable dates it will generally take about a day to confirm your reservation as we need to be sure we can coordinate cleaning.

For those that are sensitive to product fragrances, we use normal Tide, Bounce Dryer Sheets and unscented bleach in in our laundry. We also have a couple mild diffuser air fresheners in the house.

Our modern style sectional couch has a lower seat height of ~14"
