At my hutte, we provide a booklet called "Welcome to hutte", which serves as an original house guide to help guests enjoy the various experiences during their stay even more.
It contains ways to enjoy hutte that the host would like to introduce to guests, recipes, and requests to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
Please take a moment to read it when you arrive at hutte.
You can also take it home as a souvenir of your stay.

In order for many guests to enjoy the artworks,
We only accept guests who can observe the rules and manners during their stay.
After receiving a reservation request from a guest, the host will send a message with a brief confirmation regarding the handling of the artwork. Please reply to this message.
Please note that if we do not receive a response at least one week before check-in, or depending on the content of your response, we may cancel your reservation.
● The check-in is done by self-check-in. Early check-in is not currently available. You can check in from 3 pm.
● Late check-out is not currently allowed. If you check out late, the cleaning staff may enter.
● As this is operated as a rental villa, there is no cleaning during your stay. Also, please use the washer and dryer as we do not replace linens or towels.
● We do not store luggage in advance.
● We do not provide transportation.
● Please bring your own loungewear, as it is not provided.
● This facility is in a quiet villa area, so please be careful about the volume of noise and voices at night and early in the morning (especially from 9 pm to 7 am).
● Please do not leave the sauna door open while the sauna is in operation. The temperature in the changing room may rise and trigger the fire alarm.
● Absolutely no smoking inside, including e-cigarettes. If you smoke, please use the outdoor ashtrays. Please never throw away cigarette butts as they can cause a forest fire. If we discover that you have smoked indoors, we will charge an additional 30,000 yen (excluding tax) for each room that requires deodorizing and cleaning.
● Please be careful when handling fire, such as fireworks, a sunken hearth, a fire pit, a wood-burning stove, or a gas stove. (Loud fireworks are prohibited)
● Please use the wood-burning stove until 8 am on the morning of your checkout.
● No shoes in the unit. Indoor slippers are provided, so please change into them. Also, going outside to the deck, etc. with indoor slippers is prohibited. We also provide outdoor slippers, so please change into them.
● We carefully check and regularly prevent and exterminate insects every time we clean, but we cannot completely prevent insects from entering. We hope you understand that this is unique to a location rich in nature. If you absolutely cannot stand insects, please refrain from booking.
● This facility is not barrier-free, so there are many dangerous areas such as stairs and bathrooms. Please be very careful about injuries, not just for children. Also, please make sure an adult is nearby to supervise children when they are playing in the hammock or on the playground equipment. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
● Security cameras are installed at the entrance to ensure the safety of all guests.
● Please perform self-cleaning (simple cleaning) at checkout. If special measures are required after check-out due to strong odors, etc., we will charge an additional fee.
● Help us sort the trash.
● Please do not leave garbage outside. Please put it all together and leave it in the room.
(There are trash cans for combustible and non-combustible waste in the drawers in the lower right corner of the kitchen and washroom)
● When coming by car in winter (November to April), please be sure to use stud-less tires or chains on a 4WD vehicle.
● Please note that we may not be able to reply to messages at night (5:00 pm to 9:00 am the next day). In case of an emergency, please call the emergency number.

We will store them at the facility for 3 months, but if we don't hear from you, we will dispose of them.
[Staining, damage, and taking home of facility equipment]
In the event of damage or staining (vomit, blood, etc.) inside or outside the building or to ancillary facilities, etc., due to your negligence, we will charge you the actual cost of repairs, compensation costs for lost business, etc.
Strictly prohibited:
・ Noise that disturbs the neighborhood (especially at night and early in the morning)
・ Fireworks that make loud noises
- Smoking indoors or littering cigarette butts
- Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood
- Exceeding the number of people booked without permission
- Excessive soiling
- Soiling, damaging, or taking home the facilities or equipment
- Staining, damaging, or taking home works of art
* If any of the above actions are found to have occurred, you will be charged an additional fee.

※ You may not invite visitors during your stay. As with regular hotels, we are required to know and manage the information of guests staying with us, and it is also prohibited under the Fire Service Act.
