House Rules
Check in is anytime after 12PM (noon)

- PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE IN THE APARTMENT, because of some simulations we don't want to have problems with your belongings.

I expect from people to be quiet, respectful, honest and most of all, nice :) it's better to be nice!this is my house, not a hotel!etcc, please don't speak with the neighbours about hotel or bad and breakfast!!!- BE VERY RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBOURS.
If they get mad at us, we’re going to have problems keeping our project alive. Use common sense and don’t do anything you think might bother them.

- PLEASE DO NOT WEAR HEELS OR ANY SORT OF NOISY SHOES when you walk around the house. Especially at night. This is an old apartment. Our floor is not very rich. People living above us can hear everything.

- DON’T BE LOUD ON THE STAIRS. It takes 30 seconds to get to the front door to our apartment. Please keep it extremely quite as you’re doing so. Especially at night.

- TAKE A SECOND TO MEMORIZE OUR APARTMENT’S DOOR, so that you won’t have problems coming back home. This will also prevent any accidental attempts of breaking into our neighbours’ houses. They might not like that.

- HELP US KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN by leaving no trace of your activities.

After some unpleasant situation (some simulations...) it is forbidden to leave money in the room.

Be aware that other roommates might be asleep as well as the rest of the building

- PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ANY MONEY IN THE ROOM - after some bad experiences, we are not responsible for the money left in the room.

Luca was very nice and welcoming and responded quickly to every request I had. The room was very big and bright, the conditions were great. For me, it's the best place you can stay when you visit Rome and Luca is the best host.

Luca was e great. He was very friendly and quick to respond to any kind of request I had. The room was basic but very big and clean. The apartment was clean as well and had all the facilities you need. The apartment is located next to the Piramide metro station so it was easy to get around the city. Thanks Luca for providing a great stay in Rome.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was fine. The room wasn't the same as in the picture and I also think it was a different address but it was fine. The room was very spacious and although we shared a bathroom with other guests, we never had any trouble. The place is a 5 minute walk from the train and Alex picked us up (walking) and showed us how to get there. I couldn't find Alex at first but that was my fault because I misunderstood him on the phone and instead of waiting for him on the platform, we went outside (again our fault not his). He was very kind and even let me borrow laundry detergent when my boyfriend accidentally bought wool cleaner (not sure how that even happened). Overall, close to colosseum and a simple place to stay.

Rome is amazing! Also the room had a nice location. Service was not really perfect, first the boy didnt pick up his phone for 30 min. After he picked it up he said he would be with us in 20/25 min. 2 hours later he was there finaly.. He never called us back, we just had to call him again when he didnt pick up his phone. The room was good clean, And the bed was nice aswell. The other people in the house are Nice, but it is a student apartment. Also the shower was broken, it still worked but it made our start not better. So at the end we were happy, the city was amazing, we had our privacy in the apartment and the metro station was close by.

The room itself was very spacious and the bed was large as well. It was conveniently located by a station so you could quickly get places. I didnt believe that it was "center of trastevere" It took me almost 25 minutes to walk to trastevere. My room was clean but the kitchen was pretty dirty. There were notes everywhere giving guidelines to clean up after yourself and to be quiet in the late hours. The person who lived in the house wasn't very quiet and i wasn't sure why there were so many notes telling me to clean up after myself when the person living there didn't clean their kitchen mess. My stay in general was very nice because I didn't mind the walk to the main attractions. Luca's friend picked me up from the station to take me to the house which i thought was very lovely. A dog lived there. I didn't mind much but if you are allergic I wouldn't stay at this listing. Much of the house smelled of wet dog.
