Interaction with Guests
I am a very busy working professional that travels frequently. I keep my house clean and tastefully decorated. I may not be able to meet you, but I will be available via text or phone.
I hope you enjoy the neighborhood and condo as much as I do!
Walking distance to quaint downtown Shorewood and some of the hottest neighborhood hangouts — Thief Wine, Colectivo Coffee, Nana's Asian Fusion, Three Lions Pub, North Star American Bistro (all 9 blocks north on Oakland), Camp and OakCrest Tavern (2 blocks north on Oakland), City Market (3 blocks east on Capital) Harry's Bar and Grill (5 blocks south on Oakland).
Wallgreens and grocery stores are within walking distance. Estabrook beer garden park is a short ride away, or take in a Friday night fish fry with potato pancakes at Pandl's in Whitefish Bay.
You can park your car for the weekend and literally walk everywhere in Shorewood!
Easy to get around, you are a 10 minute car ride to downtown Milwaukee and within walking distance to downtown Shorewood. The bus stop is right in front of my condo, but I would recommend cabbing or using Lyft.
I'm pretty laid back, but I do like to keep my house clean. I ask that you leave things as tidy as you found them.
It is a condo unit, and I ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and noise level, NO PARTIES, small gatherings are fine, but please clean up after your guests.
My condo is not small child friendly - furniture is velvet, I do not recommend my condo for families with small children.
Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Even though I love pets, furry friends are allowed, sorry, condo rules.
Pamela really goes the extra mile with detail, from a complimentary breakfast bar with tea, bottled water, coffee, granola, oatmeal and cookies to bathroom robes and towels. Her apartment is just as she listed i--cozy and very clean. She is thorough as a host, even having humidifiers, which are required in these spring/winter transitional months of the midwest. Check in and check out was so easy, and parking was simple. We'd stay at Pamela's place again!
Great place in a great location! Pamela really put a nice touch to everything - plenty of amenities and she goes above and beyond by providing morning coffee basket and treats. Quiet apartment complex. PERFECT place for solo woman traveler (me!) very safe.
Off street parking is a PLUS!
Steps away from restaurants, stores.
Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back - thanks for everything Pamela!
Pamela's condo is in a great neighborhood. Coffee shops and grocers nearby. The building is safe and secure. And the condo itself is stylishly decorated and maintained. Furniture and art are well chosen. Kitchen is well stocked. Lovely towels and sheets and a very nice bed. Cozy and quiet, I completely enjoyed staying there. Pamela is a very thoughtful hostess and responded very quickly to my requests. Thanks for a great stay!
My girlfriend and I stayed at Pamela's for a long weekend and everything worked out perfectly. We didn't get to meet her, but Pamela's communications were timely and clear for picking up the key and moving in. Directions were accurate and the the neighborhood is terrific. It was very convenient for us.
Ditto the pictures and description of the condo. We found it to be spacious and well-appointed, comfortable and cozy. Very nice amenities. I'd definitely like to stay here again and as I'm in Milwaukee on a regular basis, I hope Pamela agrees.
Pam's Cozy Condo was just as described! My partner and I enjoyed relaxing at her place after exploring the city. We didnt have a chance to meet Pam, but she left detailed instructions and plenty of brochures and magazines for activities in the neighborhood and city. A lovely, quiet getaway! Thanks again, Pam!
We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Condo. Pam was very nice and offered suggestions on where to go for our vacation. All the details and notes of the place were typed up on a document. Pam also had some literature from local restaurants and places in the area to visit. She was very informative and was more than happy to list a few good places to eat and for nightlife. Loved the location, just 10 minutes from downtown. The only negative we had was we felt like we were staying in someone's primary residence. All in all, it was a nice place to stay, felt very secure and great location.
We loved our stay at Pam's place. It was a gorgeous condo, with beautiful decorations. It was well-furnished, but spacious. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Linens were of great quality, and the breakfast bar had great coffee, tea, and several healthy breakfast snacks. It was in a great neighborhood that was close to several local shops and restaurants. She left lots of information of things that we can do in the area. It was only a 20-minute walk to the beach, which was completely worth the beautiful sunrise we saw. We highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Milwaukee area.
