This is an awesome studio apartment in the heart of the hip neighborhood of Hayes Valley. The living room and bedroom are decorated with various hipster decor like posters from concerts, succulents, antique maps, souvenirs from my travels around the globe, and Breaking Bad fan art. There's also a kitchen with updated appliances (including a Keurig coffee maker, although there are some great coffee shops in the neighborhood as well) and a standard-sized bathroom. WiFi is included.
There is one queen-size bed and one full-size pull-out sofa bed.
The apartment is on the side of the building that does not face the street, so you're away from loud street noises at night, which is great when you want to get some sleep after a long day (or when you want to sleep in after a long night).
Expect a fun and relaxed vibe in Hayes Valley. Just outside this apartment are boutique shops, speakeasy bars, gourmet restaurants, hip cafes, and easy access to public transportation.
This place is perfect if you're looking for a centrally located apartment in a great neighborhood of San Francisco.
Awesome studio that was exactly what we needed for 2 people. Amazing location in Hayes Valley, right around the block from restaurants, bars, and just as importantly, Smitten ice cream. Even though the apartment was in a central location, the noise level was quiet as Laura described. James was very nice in giving us recommendations and was flexible with our check-in time when we arrived later than planned (after getting caught in cross-city traffic and circling a while to find parking). Parking was not too easy to find but that is probably the case for any city apartment in such a great location.
Great Apartment space. Laura left us everything we could need. James told us some great spots to go to (Bourbon & Branch, Delores Park). Close to so many cute things and within walking distance of everything else!
We didnt met Laura personally since she was out of town but the communication with her was perfect(quick responses) lauras boyfriend James welcomed us in the apartment and he was a great host with lots of cool ideas where to go to in San Fran.
Laura's apartment is perfectly located to explore San Francisco. The golden gate park for instance is nearby and there are lots of cool restaurants and bars in walk distance. Laura's apartment was clean, cozy and therefore totally recommended :)
