Our whole downstairs is available for your stay, so there's plenty of room! It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and living room area. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to University of Denver and centrally located in the Denver Metro area.
Both bedrooms have a full size mattress. The living room couch can accommodate one person and we also have a small cot and a queen size air mattress. Parking is on the street and is free.
Contact me for check-in and check-out times as we can be flexible and ask that you also be flexible depending on what we have booked and when we can get home to clean up the area for your stay :)
We clear out a shelf in the fridge for you. I'm happy to brew a pot of coffee every morning, or you're free to use the Keurig. Feel free to smoke on the patio in the backyard.
Interaction with Guests
We will respect your privacy while you're guests in our home. Our little family is me, my wife, and our 2 pugs. My wife is a busy law school student and I work full time and also go to grad school part time so we'll be out of your way most of the time. I've set up a little privacy screen for the downstairs common area if we need to get to the utility room so we don't bother you.
If you're interested in recommendations we're also happy to share some of our favorite activities, bars, and restaurants in Denver too!
Our neighborhood is very quiet and a short drive to Downtown, to the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Cherry Creek, or to the foothills.
We are about 1.5 miles from the DU light rail station or the Englewood light rail station. Parking is free on the street and plentiful.
Please park in front of our house and please park the correct direction.
Respect the noise level and please don't feed the pugs, they'll eat anything!
Please take your shoes off at the front door, especially if it's muddy outside.
This was my first experience with airbnb and I loved it. Paul and Sarah are an awesome couple who were super helpful in pointing us to great local attractions and making us feel at home. Spacious accommodations in a great metro location and a very enthusiastic pug welcoming committee. Great experience, I will definitely try to stay here again should I need a place in the Denver area.
Paul and Sarah were awesome. I would definitely recommend their place to anyone. The bed was cozy and the space had more than enough privacy. Plus you won't find a cheaper rate in Denver. Thanks again!
Paul and his wife were great hosts. They were very gracious in allowing us a late check in and checkout time because of our flights. Their place is less than an hour away from some really awe inspiring parks and scenery and 15 minutes from downtown Denver. This place is probably the best value for a 2 bedroom in the Denver area.
We absolutely loved our experience at this bnb. Paul and Sarah were so kind and helpful and considerate. cant say enough good things about them. We arrived at about 2 am, with 2 kids and they went out of their way so many times to make us feel at home. would never stay anywhere else when in Denver!
It was a very nice stay at your place, lots of space and yes what should I say? Everything was perfect.
Thanks a lot and nice greetings from San Diego..:)
Paul and Sarah were my first Airbnb experience and it was awesome. They were so nice and helpful about things to do in the area. They were enjoyable to talk to and the pugs were so cute.
I live in Denver, Colorado, United States. As a native of CO I enjoy typical CO things - hiking, mountain biking, road biking, skiing, running, and partaking in local beer and wine. I am a mechanical engineer working full time and I attend graduate school part time in the hopes of having the suffix PhD attached to my name. I am frequently accused of nerding up conversations with science and math references.
I am married to another lover of knowledge who just recently graduated from law school. We have two wonderful, but ugly pug dogs. We share a common passion of exploring - experiencing new cultures, landscapes, sights, sounds, and especially foods.
