Other things to note
#1: This is the countryside of Texas Hill Country. There are all types of critters that roam the countryside. Be mindful when you are walking around. Also know we have a safe pest spraying on a regular schedule but that doesn’t mean you will never see “bugs”.
#2 This is our family farm. If you book our place you must be at “check in” as Airbnb doesn’t provide a way to know who is staying other than the person who booked.
#3 Check in is between the hours of 3pm -8pm if you’re going to be later you *must make arrangements with us.
Pets: One of the goals, when creating the container homes on our farm, is to provide a space for you to get a way WITH your fur babies. Please be mindful of that and make sure your dogs are well behaved and respectful of the space. If any extra cleaning/maintenance is required after checkout, you will incur a $50 cleaning/maintenance fee such as excessive dog hair, digging holes in the yard, or scratching. If any extra mess is created from your pups, please help us by cleaning up after them or fill in holes they dig. Poop bags are also provided to help keep the yard clean. While walking the farm, please make sure your dogs don’t chase the farm animals.
