Interaction with Guests
Robert, the caretaker, lives upstairs and manages the rental. He will greet you and be on hand to answer questions, suggest restaurants, provide directions and even whip up a nice home cooked meal.
Great neighborhood full of restaurants, shops,
entertainment and a cool, très Brooklyn vibe.
Almost every major NYC subway is located a short walk away. Lines include 2, 3, 4, 5, A, B, C, D, F, G, N, Q, R. You'll be in Manhattan in 10 or less minutes via most lines.
We were greeted by our host, Robert and everything was exactly as expected. We were given a brief tour of the space, covered all the amenities, and even given a restaurant guide and local map. Robert was warm and welcoming.
What a great apartment,me and my family staid there fore a week and had a fantastic time, location is perfect.
The apartment is clean and very charming.
Robert is a lovely host and very helpful, could always count on him to help if needed.
I highly recommend staying there.
What an incredible apartment, my family stayed here while in town for a wedding. They were more than comfortable. The apt had everything they needed and more and was spotlessly clean.
Robert was lovely, gave us a great tour of the place and was very helpful and there when we needed.
Would highly recommend staying here, we can't wait to come back.
The spot was perfect. Very charming place, close to the subway stations. It was bery convenient to go anywhere from there.
Robert was available when needed. Everything was perfect! Do not hesitate to go there!
Robert on erinomainen isäntä - aina valmis auttamaan, vastaamaan kysymyksiin ja antamaan hyviä vinkkejä paikallisista palveluista.
Asunto vastaa ilmoitusta ja kuvia. Rauhallisella paikalla mutta erinomaisten metroyhteyksien läheisyydessä. Mökkimajoitus oli poikien mieleen.
Nautimme ajastamme New Yorkissa. Kiitos Robert ja Nevins Street 122! Viiden tähden arvoinen kokemus!
Robert was very welcoming and accommodating to some out-of-town guests visiting for a work event. He was very responsive and quick to return emails, and by all accounts was very hospitable. Robert was a pleasure to work with, and I'd definitely do so again!
Hi, I'm the building's caretaker and live and work upstairs.
On the roof I grow tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, herbs,
corn, lettuce and beans, which feed me and my fiance
and all the local squirrels for all but the dark months.
My passions are cooking, horticulture, music, travel and design.
I'm here if you need me and more than happy to point you to all the great music venues and culinary hotspots in the hood and beyond.
