The second bathroom has terrible smell which you don't want to use it again. We had to spray perfume and opened the windows to let the smell out. We ended up not using the spare bedroom due to the smell that is health hazards. The location is ok.

Good location. Good value. For hot season, there is no air conditioning. If need to open windows, it can be noisy at night. When windows are closed tight, it is quiet inside.

Robert was awesome and waited for us at check-in as we figured out the public transit system from the airport. Space was great with TV's in all the rooms and 2 bathrooms was a plus for 6 guests. There is no living room area for everyone to gather in but it was not a big deal…

Robert's luxury apartment is super clean and exceeds our expectation. Very convenient location and is about 20 minutes walk to Colosseum. We will definitely stay again in Robert's apartment next time when we travel Roma again.
