Panoramic San Francisco Views

Apartment - Entire home/apt · 23rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States

The Space

This recently renovated apartment is located in Noe Valley, just 15 minutes from almost everything in San Francisco, and in an accessible, central, jaw-droppingly beautiful San Francisco neighborhood.

The east facing wall is made of floor to ceiling windows looking over a deck towards most of San Francisco, the bay, and even across the bay into Berkeley and Oakland. Magnificent sunrises and sunsets.

Bus routes everywhere are just steps away, and the BART is about 1.5 miles from the house. The location is close to the Mission, Height, downtown, and everything you'd want to see in San Francisco.

Amenities include one bedroom, one full bathroom, Internet, comfy bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, heating, and balcony that extends the length of the east facing wall. No parking, but lots of street parking in front of and behind the house - this is one of the few San Francisco neighborhoods with easy street parking.

I am a 31-year old social entrepreneur and author. My wife and I just moved to SF after spending most of three years living around Latin America, and then in Seattle for a little while. She is from Peru, recently on American soil, and speaks seven languages. We love sharing our place with travelers - and have been using airbnb as hosts and guests for almost four years now. (more than 100 airbnb guests have stayed in our places)

• Safe neighborhood; perfect location just outside of downtown San Francisco and close to everything.
• Just a few blocks from the wonderful and classic 24th St. shops and restaurants.
• Coffee shops, supermarket, restaurants, everything you can need within walking distance.

• LARGE SF one-bedroom apartment with panoramic views of the city, the bay, downtown, berkeley, and oakland.
• Beautiful, simple kitchen with everything you could possibly need for cooking, oven, microwave, and fridge.
• Large front living area with water views, and natural light pouring in from all around.
• Wireless Internet and printer.
• Huge front balcony with patio table and seating area.

Warmest regards,
Daniel & Nathalie

  • Daniel and Nathalie's place was great for a two week business trip. The location is quite convenient (I had a rental car - parking on the street was very easy), the apartment had everything I needed and Daniel and Nathalie are wonderful hosts. I would definitely stay here again!

  • The view of the room was perfect. You can see sunrise if you live there! Everthing was excellent clean except the forks in the kitchen drawer. We helped to clean it before we used. The bed was soft and comfortable.
We rented a car during our time in San Francisco and parking was pretty convenient around the place. The situation is perfect that you can easily find lots of bars and restaurants around. And there is supermarket only 3 or 4 blocks away too.
We will definitely rent again next time in SF!

  • This apartment was a perfect stay for a week of business. An incredible back drop of San Francisco with a view for miles really makes the journey up the hill worth it. That aside it was clean, had everything I needed and I would recommend it.

  • Great place but not as nice as the photos. Somewhat small and cramped for the price. The hosts are great but really feels like you are staying in someone else's small apartment vs a vacation apartment or getaway

    Response from Daniel & Nathalie:

We've been humbled by 79 straight positive reviews over four years serving AirBnB guests. This mixed review was surprising, and we -don't believe -honest, based on the guest's actions. We seek to create an exceptional stay for every guest - with mind blowing views, awesome communication, and a place that exceeds your expectations. We hope the other reviews show that!

  • Daniel and Nathalie's place was my 1st airbnb experience. The upper Noe Valley location was perfect for my 3 day stay in San Fran. The building is only 1 flight of stairs up-- very easy to access. The building is also on a VERY steep hill so flats were essential (and there's no spin classes needed if you walk everywhere-- -wow what a trek up that hill!) No more than a 5-10 Uber ride anywhere I needed to go.

The apartment was an open floorplan kitchen into living room (no tv- butI didn't need it) -- Wifi worked great. Floor to ceiling windows and views to die for in the morning and evening and a huge accessible deck that overlooked the city. (morning coffee was great out there).

Bedroom was spacious and they have a tempurpedic bed & pillows-- have never slept in one before, didn't dislike it but it was different. Great down comforter and linens. Clean bath towels were provided too.

Bathroom is tiny and doesn't have any counters or shelving so I just kept everything in the bedroom right next door. Shower was great- hot and good water pressure.

Kitchen was well equip-- electric stove heated up super fast. Tons of plates and stemless glasses. Small counter space/breakfast bar, no dishwasher or dish rack. Things I was excited to see: tea kettle and french press (my only needs anywhere I go).

Living/dining room acted as my command central for working-- GREAT dining room table.

All in all- great place. Older appliances and fixtures in kitchen/bathroom. Fully carpeted. Perfect for 1-2 people max that just need somewhere to stay for a few days. Definitely not for people looking to cook larger meals, entertain guests or lounge around a lot.

Daniel and Nathalie were very responsive through the booking process/during my stay and also left me a lovely chocolate bar that Nathalie made herself. Nice touch. A lovely experience. And those views....if you like to think/daydream and are inspired by cityscapes-- that is something you just shouldn't miss.

  • It was great. Only thing is the internet didn't work.

  • Fantastic View! Daniel was very quick and accomodating. Place was very clean and comfortable. Did I mention the view? Thanks Daniel and Nathalie for a great staycation!

  • Daniel and Nathalie's place is a fantastic spot. First of all, Daniel is just great to deal with -- super helpful and responsive with info about the unit and the neighborhood. The space is cozy, very clean, and the view is superb. You'll be at the top of a very steep hill, so it's not for anyone who has trouble walking unless you have a car, in which case, you're golden. Parking was easy. There are great shops and restaurants within walking distance of the unit, and the mini-market 2 blocks away is a charming, family owned spot that turns out to have excellent lattes. This was my first AirBnB rental, and it was a great experience. Really nice to be in a spot that someone actually lives in because it means the space is warm and personal and cozy. I would go back with zero hesitation. Plus, you get to sample Nathalie's dark, organic, free-trade chocolate. How fun is that? (As another reviewer said, there's no TV but there is WiFi, so bring your computer and some speakers, or be smarter than me and just enjoy the view.)
