The space
The Cove at Evergreen is a spacious, fully furnished waterfront retreat designed for families, groups and extended stays of up to 8 guests. Set on a quiet lagoon just off Barnegat Bay, the home offers beautiful water views and plenty of space to settle in and feel at home.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including a private primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bath with double sinks. Additional accommodations include a bedroom with three twin beds (bunk bed plus single twin), a queen bedroom, and a queen bedroom with a full futon.
The open layout offers plenty of room to gather, with a large living room, two dining areas, a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. An in-home washer and dryer make longer stays easy, while Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are ideal for remote work and traveling professionals.
Outside, relax in the private hot tub while enjoying peaceful lagoon and sunset views. The private dock and waterfront setting can be enjoyed year-round, with kayaks, paddleboard and bicycles available seasonally.

The only areas unavailable to guests is a locked owner's closet used for supplies and property storage, as well as the attic.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the private dock, kayaks, paddleboard, bicycles, hot tub, and outdoor spaces; however, all waterfront and recreational amenities are used entirely at the guest's own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times near the water, dock, hot tub, and while using any recreational equipment. No lifeguard is on duty. The property owner and management company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, damage, or theft resulting from the use of the dock, waterfront areas, kayaks, paddleboard, bicycles, hot tub, or any other amenities provided at the property.
Guests are responsible for determining their own ability to safely participate in any activity and for ensuring that all members of their group, including children, use amenities safely and appropriately. Properly fitted life jackets are strongly recommended for all water activities.
