Wonderful & modern 1 bedroom apartment, with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area all in one. The bedroom has ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet, the sofa in the living room turns into a bed.

Early check-in is possible, please contact us, we will try to accommodate your needs or at least allow you to leave your luggage and car.

Should you require a second parking spot, it could be arranged, inquire for availability.

The space
Hi! first of all i wanted to thanyou for clicking on my Ad, it is a first step for an amazing stay in Madrid! One of the most vibrant and amazing cities in the world, experience the fusion of living a world class metropolis & neighbourhoog living!

All the main rooms (bedroom and living room) have both AC and Heating, and the apartment has high speed wifi connection. All the windows have blinders to isolate you from the light when required.

EARLY CHECKIN & LATE CHECK OUT:

We do our best to accommodate all your needs and requests, but you understand that sometimes our best is not enough, we have to consider previous guests exit times and following guests arrival time.

Having said that, and subject to availability and upon request (two days before arrival) we could allow you to access the apartment at the requested time or at least allow you to leave your luggage and park the car in the garage.

The same for late checkouts, please contact us before hand and we will do our best to organise things so you can stay more in the apartment.

THE APARTMENT:

It is as shown in the photos, a wonderful space, recently been refurbished from the ground up with the best available materials, with a modern and open design, it is a spectacular place.

The apartment has 4 differentiated spaces, the main room, bedroom, walkincloset, and bathroom.

We access the main room of the apartment through the the Hall, with coat wardrobe, then, to the right we find the spacious kitchen with bar, it has all the necesary gadgets, (Nespresso, Coffe maker, Tea maker, & the basics, Kitchen, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, and Dishwasher), Oh! and washer/dryer machine for those who need it!.

Following the kitchen we find the living area, with a 3 people sofa & two armchairs, coffee table, TV, and underneath the window the 4 people dining table, all full of natural light!

At the centre of the left side of the main room we find the access to the magnificent suite, we do so through the walk in closet, with double set of wardrobes. To the right we find the bedroom, with natural light flowing from the street, to the left we find the bathroom with independent shower.

For reservations where the sofa couch is required, it is very comfortable as both doors (bedroom & main room) of the walk-in closet can be closed, allowing for bathroom access without bothering the other guests.

I find myself in the necessity of saying the following, for the sakes of the planet, and so I can offer better prices, please do not leave the AC or Heating on while not in the apartment, in just a few minutes once you arrive at full power you will reach the temperature of your choosing.

Having said all this, if you have any proposals or any constructive criticism I'm fully open to hearing them, both before and after your stay!

Furthermore, should you require a Crib, please contact us, we could arrange it for you, and if you have any other requests or special needs, please ask, we will do the best to accommodate your desires.
