This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
Relax and unwind in a quiet resort-style complex near Praia da Rocha beach. This fully equipped apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and offers AC in the bedroom and living area, a private balcony, fiber internet, and free garage parking. Guests can enjoy 3 shared pools, tennis, padel, football, a playground, restaurant, snack bars and easy beach access.
The space
The apartment offers 61 sqm of indoor space plus a balcony and has everything you need for a comfortable Algarve stay. It is ideal for couples, small families and active guests who want pool days, beach time, sports and peaceful evenings.
There is a separate bedroom with a spacious 180 × 200 cm double bed and a lockable door. In the living area, you’ll find a sofa bed with a real mattress (140 × 200 cm), suitable for two additional guests. Both the bedroom and living area have air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, French press, kettle, toaster, hand blender and shaker. The apartment also has fiber internet, TV, washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and pool towels.
The bathroom includes a shower and two sinks, which is especially practical for families or friends traveling together. The balcony has seating for 4 and is perfect for breakfast, coffee or a relaxed evening drink. Free garage parking is included. Families are welcome: a baby cot and high chair are available.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, the private balcony and free garage parking.
Within the resort complex, guests can enjoy three pools, including a baby pool, a children’s playground, a football court and a tennis court free of charge. Tennis rackets can be rented for a small fee. The padel court and padel rackets are available to rent separately.
The resort also offers beautiful green areas to relax in. Free Wi-Fi is available in selected shared areas such as the pool and bar area. Sports fans may also enjoy watching selected football matches at the pool bar when available.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator.
Check-in is arranged in person. Please share your estimated arrival time before arrival so we can coordinate the key handover smoothly.
The beach is about a 7-minute walk away. Large supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and Continente are about 4 minutes away by car. Intermarché is about a 15-minute walk away. Portimão bus station and train station are both about 8 minutes away by car. Uber, Bolt, and taxis are available.
Breakfast is available at the resort restaurant without prior reservation. It is not included in the stay and can be paid directly on site.
Opening times and availability of resort facilities may vary by season and are managed by the resort. Please note that the restaurant and snack bars may be closed during the winter season.
Please note that, as required by the Municipality of Portimão, a local tourist tax applies in addition to the Airbnb price. It can be paid in cash on site. The tax applies to guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person. Current rates: €1 per person/night from 1 November to 31 March and €2 per person/night from 1 April to 31 October.
