The space

The private pool and garden area sit at the center of the villa, surrounded by lush greenery and natural sunlight throughout the day. Spacious and refreshing, it’s the perfect place to enjoy slow mornings, sunny afternoons, or an evening swim after exploring Seminyak.
All bedrooms are designed to feel bright, airy, and comfortable with large glass sliding doors that welcome natural light inside. Each room features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, working desk, wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom with shower and hot water, creating the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and convenience during your stay.
Overlooking the pool, the open living area combines the lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen into one inviting space. Large glass sliding doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel, filling the room with natural light and tropical views. Relax on the cozy sofa with your favorite shows on the Smart TV, enjoy meals together around the dining table, or prepare home-cooked dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, all designed to make your stay feel warm, comfortable, and connected.
Daily housekeeping is provided six days per week, along with 24/7 concierge service via call or message to assist you throughout your stay.
Please note that there is no parking space available, while the car drop-off point is approximately 200 meters from the gate.
There is also ongoing construction nearby, so occasional noise may be heard during daytime hours.

🔒 The entire villa is fully private, exclusively for you to enjoy! Our friendly team will only stop by for cleaning, pool care, or garden maintenance to keep everything perfect during your stay.
🕵️♀️ If you prefer total privacy, just let me or my staff in advance! We’ll make sure you’re completely undisturbed.
Other things to note
🌴 Your stay includes daily cleaning (6 days per week), regular pool & garden care, and high-speed WiFi. Bath and Pool towels are provided for each guest.
✨ We also offer optional extra services on request such as airport transfers, private cooks, breakfast on request, scooter or car rentals, in-villa massages, island tours and more. Just message me or our concierge to arrange anything you’d like.

💡 FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions:
• How can I organize some services during my stay?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.
• Can you pre-fill the fridge for me before I arrive?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.
• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
