The Ouray Manor retains much historical ambiance & charm from 1890 when it was built by the mayor of Ouray during the silver rush. The manor is built on a double lot with 360 degree mountain views from the decks, patio and garden - which deer and butterflies frequent often. 1/2 a block to Ouray’s nicest hot springs at the Twin Peaks and 1 block from unique and fun shops and restaurants on Main Street! 6 other rooms are available on airbnb that sleep a total of 18.

The space
Room 6 is located on the 3rd floor, has a queen bed, day bed, and trundle bed (sleeps 4), private bathroom and high speed WiFi!

Guest access
Guests have access to the historic living room (with a large flat screen), formal dining room, kitchen, laundry room, den (with a table, board games, a book nook and books), coffee bar (with complementary coffee, tea, and an assortment of light breakfast options), all decks and the lower garden with 360 degree mountains views.

During your stay
For your safety, guests may check themselves in and sanitizer is provided at in the kitchen. The house manager is available by phone/text if you need anything.

Other things to note
Guests can soak at Twin Peaks Hot Springs for $40 from 10am-7pm. Must purchase tickets at the Twin Peaks prior to 4pm. We provide towels in the laundry room. Please put used towels in the laundry room basket after use.

Soap is provided in the rooms. Please let us know if you need any extra towels or TP.

Ouray is also called "The Jeeping Capital of the World" because of its many trails through the high country (rated easy to rugged), popular for 2-wheel and 4-wheel off road vehicles.

Ice Climbing - near the location of the Manor
Ice skating just outside of town
Downhill Skiing in Telluride (40 minutes easy drive)

Nearby are several small towns such as Silverton and Ridgway, which are fun to visit. Train rides in Silverton are spectacular and Ridgway is where the John Wayne movie "True Grit" was filmed. Golf is also available in Ridgway at beautiful Divide Ranch Golf Club offering panoramic mountain views.
