On the 4th floor level corner with 4 balconies all sea view has a spacious open plan full equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa and two seats in the living room, a master bedroom with a double bed including en-suite shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with single bed, a bathroom with a built in shower. You can relax by day watching the large sea view from your private balconies, or enjoy your chilled wine as the day slips into night.

Prior to your arrival our team will work carefully to clean the apartment thoroughly. Nevertheless the apartment should be left tidy after your departure. If the property is left dirty a charge will be incurred. If sheets/blanket are stained, a charge of € 50.00 is incurred.

No loud partying can be held in the apartment and maximum number of persons booked is not to be exceeded, unless this is approved by the owner. In case of breach of these conditions, the apartment have to be vacated immediately and any payments will be lost.
Rubbish should be taken out early mornings on a daily basis.
Jason è un host (website hidden) ha accolto con cordialità e simpatia. L'appartamento rispecchia in pieno le foto presenti nell'annuncio. E' localizzato in un punto ottimo poiché rimane a 1 minuto a piedi da tutti i locali ma allo stesso tempo la notte è abbastanza silenzioso e si riesce a dormire. Per quello che è stata la mia esperienza consiglio vivamente il pernottamento qui :)
Jason was an excellent host and the apartment was brilliant. We met him at the time arranged and he was very helpful in showing us around the apartment and giving advice on do's and dont's in the area! Any time we needed to contact him during the stay he was very quick to respond and was friendly throughout.. and the apartment and it's location is fantastic- the view from all 4 balconies were worth the price alone
I had another great stay in Jason's apartment. It is conveniently close to everything in St Julian's and has everything you need for a stay. I just used one of the bedrooms but the apartment sleeps five. Jason is easy to contact and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the apartment again.
It was a very good appartment With a great view. It was bigger than expected. The karaoke bar just outside The appartment was a little bit ennoying when we were trying to Sleep. The appartment was really close to all The pubs and The party, you didn't have to go far. It was also really close to A beach With sand. It was really good sand! It was good With a Washing machine since The towels got really dirty when beeing on The beaches. It was Nice With so Many balconies and great With morning sun and not sun in The evening. Jason booked The cab for us when we were arriving to Malta and when we were leaving. The appartment was close to a lot of good restaurants, espesually "meat & Co". It was a really good trip!
Jason was great very accommodating, he arranged for someone to collect us from the airport. The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos. It had everything we needed for the holiday! Perfect location very close to the fun but just further enough out of it. Would defiantly stay again! Very impressed!
Jason saved our vacation in Malta! Our original booking didn't meet our expectations or it's description, but luckily Jason's place was available for a last minute reservation. We moved there and the place was clean and beautiful, located just a couple of minutes from the many central places such as Paceville, beach etc... and yet very quiet and no issues at night! As it is 4th floor, the breeze kept the apartment chilled and after 5pm or so there wasn't even a need for A/C, although there is one if you need it.
Over all we had a great experience that has made our vacation wonderful, thank you Jason, we hope to meet you again!
