Please note that, if your arrival at the apartment is after 8 pm there is a late check-in fee of US$ 20 that applies in all cases. This could be paid to our representative at the apartment and we only accept cash payments for this service.
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart.If other guests are coming or going on the same day ,check-out from the apt. is 11 am and check-in is 1 pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment.
If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your bags.
The pool in the building is open the whole year
When staying at this apartment, you agree to the following:
-Turn off air conditioners when out of the house
- NOT to have more people staying in the house than originally agreed unless specifically discussed
-NO drinking alcohol in the common areas of the building.
-NOT to leave permanent damage to any furniture or personal belongings
(otherwise appropriate reimbursement will be expected)
-There is no smoking allowed in the apt, but you can smoke on the balcony .
Upon arrival we will sign a brief and simple short-term rental contract stating that all is paid and organized through Airbnb, specifying the dates of your stay and that all services are included (electricity, water supply, gas, Cable TV, Wi Fi Internet, etc). Your passport might be required to double-check your identity at the moment of check-in.
If you stay 8 days or more, we will provide you with one free light cleaning service, that includes fresh bed sheets and clean towels.

Although a German national, I have actually resided outside of my native country for almost half my life. My first ventured abroad to Greece where I worked in guest relations at a premier hotel in Athens. From there I moved to Sydney, Australia where he held an post as personal assistant to a major politician within the Australian Parliament. Soon, with a desire to be more independent, I followed my instincts and in Sydney I opened, managed and ultimately sold, two very successful natural food and juice bars. It was then, in 2007, When I decided to return to a place which I had visited some years before---BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA---and now, it is the place I call home!
