Where you’ll be

Newfane, Vermont, United States

The house is located on a quiet dirt road (although you only have to drive about 500 feet on the dirt section to get there). Williamsville is a tiny town with a post office. There are several popular swimming holes in the area. The house is located near the Newfane town forest, there is a map to the town forest in the kitchen. Up the road about five minutes (continuing uphill on Sunset Lake rd), is Sunset Lake. It is a reservoir, so you can't swim there, but you can canoe or kayak in the summer and ice skate (when the weather is just right, no snow, yet really cold and frozen over) in the winter. It is also just a very pretty spot.
