You will have access to the entire cabin and surrounding 100 acre property!
The garage will be off limits.
The woodstove is not functional or safe for use. **DO NOT ATTEMPT IT
**Trails are OFF limits from October 1st through January 1st because of hunting season. Guests do NOT have hunting rights.
** Use Caution when Swimming or Exercising on equipment. Use both the pond and exercise materials at your own risk

Other things to note
*Do not leave food outside overnight as animals may be attracted.
*Do not use chemicals on the natural wood tables.
*No motorized water or land equipment/toys
*2nd dog fee will be added after booking
*Shared driveway at the start of the driveway-once you hit the paved section veer to the right and then the rest is private down to the lodge.
*No discharging of firearms or fireworks on the property
*There are 6 camping chairs that are intended for use by the firepit-stored in the basement for easy in and out use through the sliding glass door
*No Hunting
*Trails off-limits from October 1-January 1
*House only accessible with a 4x4 vehicle in winter months
