Hi! And welcome!
-It's a sharing house (3,4 people on average to share bathrooms and kitchen)
-No extra guests. The room is for 1 person only
-No free parking
-I DON'T provide laundry.

Close to: Supermarkets, Tim Hortons, Mt Pleasant Park, Davisville Subway st., Post Office, Pubs, Sushi Bars..

The room has a king size bed, built-in closet, desk, chest drawers, table.

It's a great area! very CLOSE to DOWNTOWN at the same time.
My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers.

Response from Mike:
Wow. You came late, got every possible instructions how to get in. Aren't enough? It was somehow enough for over 300 people but not for you. If you're blind go to a doctor. If you don't take off your shoes at your own place, keep doing it. "There's too many people sharing". If you didn't read the description before you booked that's your problem not mine. Yes , there is a window ac unit that works perfectly fine, sorry about that, lol. The mattress is brand new and everyone else loved it. So if you have problems with your back - fix it instead of blaming the mattress. Stay away from Airbnb.
