This modern new multi-level home near the base of the Hollywood Hills is luxurious and spacious, with a master suite, and another level with a lofted area (there are only 2 beds). One king bed is in the private master bedroom suite and one queen-sized pull out sectional bed with foam topper is in the open lofted area. There is a maximum of 4 people. Bathrooms are new and modern. There is an en-suite master bath with tub, another full bathroom at the lofted area, and a half bath on the main living level. Kitchen is new and modern with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests should expect a very luxurious accommodation. The unit is furnished by a professional interior designer, with a modern style. There is a private attached garage with parking for 2 vehicles. Tesla electric vehicle high power charging available. This property is not handicap accessible on the interior due to stairs. Absolutely no smoking is allowed.
The neighborhood is at the base of the Hollywood Hills, near all major attractions, such as the Hollywood sign, Hollywood Bowl, central Hollywood (Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre, Hollywood & Highland), Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, and hundreds of other attractions in Los Angeles. There are a lot of restaurants within minutes, either by walking or driving.

Perfect for our family!
My wife and I and our two teenage daughters had a very nice stay at Doug and Jhoiey's cool 3-story loft right across from Universal City. The location was perfect for us to move about both within LA and the surrounding areas where we toured several colleges...UCLA, Occidental and Claremont. D&J were exceptional hosts. The place was clean, organized, and very comfortable. The master suite had an excellent bed. We all had a good time! Thank you.
Jhoiey certainly made us feel welcome in her lovely townhouse. This is a big place - probably around 2500 sq ft on four floors including garage. Jhoiey is clearly a talented interior designer, and the home is tastefully furnished with modern furniture and appliances.
Jhoiey and Doug really accommodate for residents with storage space, plenty of towels, detailed instructions, a code-based front door lock (avoiding need for keys, hooray!) and a garage door opener. Lots of room in the fridge and a very nicely appointed kitchen. Even soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bathrooms!
This was a fantastic location walking distance from Universal Studios.

Doug and Jhoiey place can be explained with one word AMAZING. Everything was clean, and the decor was magnificent. Everything that you can think of was available for you and your guest. The location is right off the highway and next to Universal studios so there's a tons of things near. Whenever I go back to LA I'll make sure to check in with Doug and Jhoiey to find the availability, because this place is beautiful.

Everything was perfect. Had no problems with anything whatsoever. I recommend their place to anyone who is in need of the perfect Hollywood home.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Doug and Jhoiey were very responsive and super accommodating. The My coworker and I were in town for business and the house provided us with everything we needed and more. Very convenient location, clean, comfortable, and plenty of space - all for less than we would have paid at a cramped hotel.
I would definitely come back again, and I highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the area.

Doug and Jhoiey have been together since 2005, and each enjoy architecture, traveling, and design together- they purchased this home with those elements in mind- to bring the traveler to the heart of Hollywood and provide a unique vacation rental property that emphasizes comfort and modern design. Jhoiey is a designer and artist, born in the Philippines. Doug is a camera operator for a national entertainment TV show, and can possibly tell you where the stars may be hanging out during your stay :)
