Our 2 bedroom VERY spacious cabin is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a Kings Beach getaway. Stnd size BDRMs downstairs, but large Kitch and fam. Location is ideal for walking to the beach or shops/restaurants in KB. Close to popular ski resorts.
This mountain home is a spacious two bedroom vacation rental home with modern decor, vaulted open beam ceilings and a rustic modern atmosphere. Some of the highlights include:

Two bedrooms and one full bath on first floor. First bedroom has a TV, double bed and a twin bunk bed with access to the backyard and hot tub. This room is perfect for a family or a couple.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and spacious closet; ideal for children.
These two rooms sleep four adults comfortably.
For additional sleeping, there is a queen air mattress upstairs and the sofa can sleep one. The upstairs living space can accommodate multiple air mattresses if you bring your own..
The upstairs living area has a half bath, full kitchen and laundry room. The kitchen has a double oven and stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator has filtered water dispenser and ice maker.
The home is walking distance to North Lake Tahoe Blvd. (.2 miles away) to the fabulous restaurants and quaint shops of Kings Beach, Crystal Bay Casinos, and Kings Beach public beach.
For the mountain enthusiast there are several slopes nearby - Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Mount Rose, Diamond Peak, and Homewood Ski Resorts are all a short drive away (10-20 minutes). Bockway Golf Course is located approximately one a and a half miles away. Tahoe City and Incline Village are a short ten-minute drive away.
After a day of skiing, hiking, or just enjoying the beauty of Tahoe, you can relax in the outdoor hot tub and watch the sunset. After dinner, enjoy board games, or just gather around the fire to visit. The fabulous amenities of this home make the Dog Cabin the perfect retreat for your Lake Tahoe get-away.
We love Kings Beach because of the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It's so nice not to have to pile in the car time after time to head to the beach once you arrive.
In the winter, we enjoy the quick drive to Northstar, Tahoe City or Truckee for a day of winter fun.
There are buses and shuttles that can take you to various locations near Kings Beach.
Please take care of our place. This is our home away from home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. This is not a party pad and if that's what you're looking for, please continue your search on airbnb as there are plenty of them out there. This IS a house close to great places in Kings Beach and a home that's fully equipped with all you need for a great Tahoe getaway. :)
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG. We love and have dogs and if you do too, they are welcome. Please be responsible and pick up after your pooch during your stay. There is a large fenced in backyard.
Please remove your shoes while indoors. Slush, snow, and dirt can be tracked in easily on the light colored carpets.
This is a non-smoking house. No smoking indoors.
Careful with the red wine on white carpet. :)
Please place all used sheets and towels in the laundry room upstairs.
Please run the dishwasher before you leave. Soap under sink.
WINTER: Radiant Flooring Takes time to heat. Please leave heater at 59 when you leave. DO NOT TURN OFF THE HEATER----pipes will freeze. :( We will turn on the heater for you remotely prior to your arrival so the cabin is cozy.
SUMMER: Please turn all fans off before you leave.
Make sure all windows are closed and doors are locked when you leave.
Please place all garbage in the garbage receptors located on the side of the driveway when leaving.
