A unique property located on the shores of Blue Bill Cove in the Island Park section of Portsmouth, RI.

Arrive by road or by water and enjoy the accommodations of this well appointed 2nd floor ‘LOFT’.

Viewing Eastward across the street is Teddy‘s beach and the Old Stonebridge jetty.

Viewing West across Sunset Cove lawn, dock & moorings offers all of the happenings ……… and many spectacular sunsets!

The space
The primary bedroom offers spectacular Westwood views across the lawn, dock and cove.
Along with the queen bed, there is ample closet and bureau space. Attached, yet only accessed through this bedroom, is a separate sitting and designated office room that occupies the Southwest corner of The Loft.

The second bedroom offers a Westward view with ample closet and bureau space.
This bedroom can also double as a common area.
With both a loveseat and full-size couch, this room offers great space for many to lounge comfortably.
The full-size couch easily transforms into a queen size bed.
This room also offers access to the fully furnished second floor deck overlooking the lawn’s activities.

The living room is furnished with an oversized chair, loveseat, and full-size couch. Here too, the full-size couch can transform into a queen size bed should there be need for additional sleeping accommodations.

The eat-in kitchen is spacious, fully complimented and includes a dishwasher.

Guest access
With a separate entryway and keyless entry pad, the entire 2nd floor loft is yours!

Ample parking is available.

Access to the ‘lawn on the water’ is available to you throughout your stay.

Please know, the first floor is a well established eatery, often with music and always with patrons.

Other things to note
Guests should expect the sights, sounds, and aromas associated with a popular eating and entertaining establishment.
