Interaction with Guests
I usually travel when I'm having guests but my roommates are home when I'm gone. They are super friendly young professionals and provide any help needed.
Occasionally if I'm in the apartment, I go beyond duty and help the guests as much as I can with anything ranging from places to visit, bars, restaurants, attractions or even take them out to a party.
It is the upcoming modern residential neighborhood with a lot of tech companies in close proximity like (website hidden), Airbnb and (website hidden). It has quite a few restaurants, bars, grocery shops and pharmacies. Pretty much everything you need.
There a bus stop just around the corner that takes you to the city center. Or you can alternatively walk 20min.
There's access to the Red Luas tramline which can take you to the central train station or to Phoenix Park (Europe's second largest national park)
The local train (DART) is 10min walk (next to (website hidden) HQ) that can take you to coastal villages like Howth, Bray, Dun Laoghaire etc.
Cleanliness is one of the most important house rules. The room is handed clean and is expected to be handed over the same. Common areas (kitchen and bathroom) are also to be kept clean.
If you know how to play guitar, you are allowed to use mine as long as you're not rocking it while my housemates sleep :)
And ofcourse, no one-night stands or sleep-over guests.
Rami was very generous, accommodating, friendly, and extremely helpful! I highly recommend staying here!
I spent two nights in Dublin and I stayed here with two friends. The flat is in a very good position, close to the river and in the middle of the new and interesting area of Dublin. The city center is also very close (walking distance). I stayed in the appartment with two friends, and even if the room is not big, the accomodation was very confortable, the room and the bathroom were clean, the flat is new an pleasant, the roommates nice and helpful. I did't meet Rami, but, I have been in contact with him, he sent me suggestions about the city, the transport and so on. We arrived very late the friday night, and he checked by message that everything was fine. For me it has been a very nice weekend and I recommend Rami and his place!
Rami was a great host. Eventhough we arrived late this was no problem for him. Appartment was big enough and in a good location.
I went to Dublin for a week-end and stayed in Rami's room. I met him once when he gave me the key. It was easy to make arrangements with him. Rami is really friendly and helpful, I can definitely recommend him as a host.
The location is really great. Its safe and close to the city centre (easy walking distance).
The room itself looked a bit larger on the photo. However, the bed was comfortable and the room clean. The bathroom is shared with Rami's roommate, but when I stayed there, nobody was around, so I had it for myself.
I give it 4 stars because the room is a bit on the pricey side, considering the size and the shared bathroom. But nevertheless, if you are looking for a nicely located room in central Dublin, I can recommend it.
This was my first stay through Airbnb. Thanks Rami for a nice first experience!
Rami muy buen anfitrión, todo funciono perfecto! La ubicación es buena, muy lindo el barrio.
Tiene un supermercado muy cerca, que es cafetería tambien.
La habitación es como se ve en la foto.
Would definitely recommend – vibrant location with convenient access to the city centre and convenient for day trips out of Dublin (close to DART station). Nice modern apartment, and room/ bathroom were both clean. Rami was really friendly and welcoming, a great host - he went out of his way to accommodate us, gave good tips and was easily reachable!
