Super cozy, well-located room in the heart of Dublin's tech hub!
All Dublin public transit is 5-10 minutes walking from the apartment; secure parking is available if you have a car (upon request)
Bedroom and bathroom
Obviously, my roommates rooms are off limits.
Interaction with Guests
I usually travel when I'm having guests but my roommates are home when I'm gone. They are super friendly young professionals and provide any help needed.
Occasionally if I'm in the apartment, I go beyond duty and help the guests as much as I can with anything ranging from places to visit, bars, restaurants, attractions or even take them out to a party.
It is the upcoming modern residential neighborhood with a lot of tech companies in close proximity like (website hidden), Airbnb and (website hidden). It has quite a few restaurants, bars, grocery shops and pharmacies. Pretty much everything you need.
There a bus stop just around the corner that takes you to the city center. Or you can alternatively walk 20min.
There's access to the Red Luas tramline which can take you to the central train station or to Phoenix Park (Europe's second largest national park)
The local train (DART) is 10min walk (next to (website hidden) HQ) that can take you to coastal villages like Howth, Bray, Dun Laoghaire etc.
Cleanliness is one of the most important house rules. The room is handed clean and is expected to be handed over the same. Common areas (kitchen and bathroom) are also to be kept clean.
If you know how to play guitar, you are allowed to use mine as long as you're not rocking it while my housemates sleep :)
And ofcourse, no one-night stands or sleep-over guests.
Would definitely recommend – vibrant location with convenient access to the city centre and convenient for day trips out of Dublin (close to DART station). Nice modern apartment, and room/ bathroom were both clean. Rami was really friendly and welcoming, a great host - he went out of his way to accommodate us, gave good tips and was easily reachable!
Nous avons été très bien accueilli ! Rami nous donné de bonnes adresses sur la ville avant d'arriver et pendant notre séjour.
Chambre confortable, appartement niquel ... Rien à redire sur le logement.
Petit plus : des chocolats nous attendais à notre arrivé ;)
I would definitely recommend to stay at Rami's. His flat is located in a nice and safe area, the room is comfy, clean, and warm. The apartment is cosy and comes with everything that you need.
As an host, my friends and I thought that Rami was a really friendly, laid-back guy full of good advice and very helpful. You can contact him easily and he comes back to you straight away. We really enjoyed his company. Perfect stay ! Thanks again.
Rami was an ideal host. Although I never met him during my stay, I was always made to feel welcome. He is also a great communicator and very quick to reply. I was an awkward guest as I arrived very late and he went out of his way to accommodate me by ensuring I had a key. The apartment is ideally located, especially if you plan on attending the Bord Gais. As I was at a conference I never met the flatmates but they were also very helpful on text. The room itself was bigger than I expected and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also decorated well. Rami even left out a note with the wifi code, clean towels and some chocolate. :) Overall I had a fantastic stay and I would have no hesitation recommending this property and host to anyone. I only wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed it more instead of having to work all the time!
Very well located, especially to catch the bus to the Airport. Quiet neighborhood in the tech-district, walking distance to city center.
New and clean apartment, well equipped.
Welcoming and supportive people, giving all information and descriptions.
Even though I did'nt see Rami, we were in contact and any troubles or questions were solved by phone or email. His flatmate, Alex was great, really nice and helpfull. The room was nice and clean, large. If I have to be completely honest, the bathroom needed a bit of cleaning, but it was ok.
Would stay again. Good value for your money
Rami is a very good host, he has been very accomodating to let my girlfirend and I the key and some advice while he was not in his apartment.
The apartment was also excellent: large, clean, quiet, and very convenient to visit the city centre by feet: just a 25min walk along the river Liffey to get into Temple Bar.
Thus we had a very good weekend in Dublin: recommended!
