The space
Our newly constructed two-story barndominium retreat offers a bright, stylish, and cozy farm-chic getaway designed for families, adventurers, equitourists, and anyone seeking a peaceful countryside escape. Sleeping up to 8 guests, the space features 2 private bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee station, excellent Wi-Fi, and new Smart TVs with Roku throughout.

The highlight of the home is the spacious upper-level “Hay Loft”—a kid-favorite retreat accessed by a stunning spiral staircase. This separate floor includes 4 twin beds, a TV, workspace, foosball table, comfortable lounge furniture, and soft area rugs, creating the perfect hangout for kids or extra guests.

Every room offers individual heating and cooling, ensuring year-round comfort.

Step outside to enjoy two private porches—one spacious enough for the whole group and another perfect for quiet coffee mornings or sunset unwinding—both overlooking breathtaking Finger Lakes farmscapes. From your windows and porches, you’ll regularly enjoy views of horses, dairy cows, goats, chickens, rabbits, and the beauty of our surrounding family organic dairy farm.

Guest access
Guests receive a personalized private entry code and have exclusive access to the apartment. If traveling with horses, there are stalls for rent. Multiple parking areas are available on-site. Hosts live in the main farmhouse and are nearby if needed.

Other things to note
This is a real working farm. Natural sights and sounds—including roosters crowing, tractors working, livestock activity, and other everyday farm happenings—are all part of the authentic experience we’re proud to share.
