This three bedroom home has one of the best locations in the city, walking distance to one of the best restaurants Uchi and also Zilker park. This ideally located home provides easy access to all the hot-spots of Austin.
Our 3BR/2BA home was recently redecorated and redesigned to create a warm and modern feel. Walking into the unit, you will notice how well thought out every piece of furniture throughout the home is--from one-of-a-kind light fixtures to the unique furniture pieces. What used to only be offered as a two bedroom unit, we are now offering as a three bedroom/two bath home with a full kitchen. Our lock is on the back side of the house, but from the front door you walk into the living room. This room houses a queen size sleeper sofa and provides access to a stunning additional bedroom with a Moroccan feel and a rich dining room with adjacent kitchen. Off of the living room--opposite the dining area--there is a door that opens to a hallway with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom on this side is incredibly spacious and has a comfortable queen size bed. Then down the hallway there is an equally well designed bathroom. It features a large bathtub with incredible tile work and a shower head. At the end of that hall there is a great little bedroom that doubles as a second living area. The room offers a comfortable daybed that serves as both a couch and bed for extra guests. Attached to that room is a kitchenette, for making morning coffee that can be enjoyed on the front patio. This home is fantastically decorated, but by far the best aspect of the home is the location.
Whether you’re coming into Austin for vacation or business, this home is close to where you will want to be. Just two hundred feet away is the famous sushi restaurant Uchi, which is great for happy hour or a wonderful multi-course dinner. At exactly one mile away is the entrance to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits Music festival. On your way to Zilker you can stop and enjoy any of the famous restaurants on Barton Springs Road, such as the original Chuy’s or Shady Grove. From the home you can easily get downtown, which is only a mile from the home, or explore all of South Austin. Having such easy access to many of the legendary spots in the city makes this home perfect for a trip to Austin.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, TurnKey has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes TurnKey to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
The official front door of our home is off of one of Austin's busiest thoroughfares - directly across from some of Austin's finest.

Stayed here with two of my girlfriends during their visit to Austin. We had such a great time in this little house. It's perfect for 3 people (can accommodate 4 but I think it would have felt a little cramped with one more person). My friends stayed in the bedroom, I stayed on the daybed in the living room and we all slept like babies. The little kitchenette is perfect for coffee and preparing light snacks (we made a buffet of wine and cheese and it was awesome) - but there are no cooking appliances, so don't expect to prepare any stovetop meals. For what we needed, this was perfect. The house is located on a busy thoroughfare, so very easy to catch a cab. It's also very close to S Lamar's best restaurants and bars, so we pretty much walked everywhere. Also only 20-30 min walk to Whole Foods downtown. Central Air was in perfect working condition so we could keep it cool during the day and heat it at night. And the Turnkey staff was very helpful when we needed assistance with the wifi password. It's always good to know you can reach people right away when you need help. Overall a very charming and comfortable stay...I would highly recommend.
An amazing house with the best hospitality. The house is perfect located pretty much in the center of town. Absolutely perfect placement for any activities at Zilker Park. Stayed for ACL and was able to walk to the festival grounds in 10-15 minutes. Very well kept house. We were the first group to stay at the house so we were missing a few items. Once we called AirBnB they were not only very nice but super helpful. They didn't hesitate to help in any way. The owner showed up personally for the household items that we needed. Very cool guy as well. This place easily sleeps 4 people. The living room turns into another room.
I will recommend this house to anyone and I will definitely stay here again.
