About This Listing
Enjoy our clean, colorful one bedroom apartment in the heart of Capitol Hill. Fantastic location; tons of shops, restaurants, and top notch people watching!
This a comfortable one bedroom apartment in the heart of capitol hill.
This is a very fun space with tons of light, plants, throw pillows and last but not least positive energy!
We are very centrally located; it is about a ten minute walk from the apartment to downtown.
We're located on several major bus lines and are within walking distance to grocery stores, retail shops and lots of nightlife.
The number 8 bus runs very near the apartment to the Seattle Center and the quaint Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. The number 43 runs between downtown, past the apartment to the University District.
We have a coin operated laundry room in the basement of the building and there is a laundry two blocks away.
We always keep the apartment stocked with coffee, tea, basic spices, sugar, flour, oil etc. Please feel free to help yourself to everything.
You will always arrive to find the apartment neat and clean with fresh sheets on the bed and fresh towels hanging up.
The apartment does have wireless internet.
Capitol Hill is a densely populated neighborhood; parking is a challenge. I park in this neighborhood everyday, it requires a bit of patience. That being said, there is very little need for a car in this part of the city.
There are a few options to get from the airport to our apartment. You can take a taxi which is about $40 plus gratuity or you can take Shuttle Express or you can arrive via my favorite method: the Seattle Light Rail! Hop on at the airport, the fare is just $2.75 and the train runs every 7.5-15 minutes from 5am to 1am. Get off at the last stop which is called "Westlake Center." Once you are at Westlake Center you can take a $6 cab ride to our apartment, or you can walk 15 minutes up Stewart which turns into Olive Way. You could also take the bus. Just head over to Pike and 5th (1 block south of Westlake Center) and get on the #43 to Capitol Hill. Get off right across from the apartment at the Bellevue Avenue and Olive Way stop.
Please let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them!
None since we are not staying here.
Please do not smoke in the apartment and be respectful of our neighbors when it comes to noise.
I made a mistake when I rented this place from AirBnB App. I selected 2 beds for 2 guests, but the description of the listing clearly states there is 1 bed available for me and my guest and 1 bed will be occupied by the host. If you are traveling alone through Seattle - this place is perfect. Centrally located in the vibrant Capital Hill area of Seattle, there are tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping. The place is super charming, very clean and the hosts are very hospitable. They shared their Seattle's Best French Roast Coffee and had mints on the bed and checkin and out process was seamless. Enjoy your stay.
I absolutely loved my say at Logan and Reese's place. I was in for a work trip for a couple days, and was greeted with a sweet personalized note that gave me the full run-down (WiFi, where towels were, etc). Logan was also very responsive via text to get me all the details to check in.
The place itself has so much character and a personalized touch by the hosts. Great ambiance and lighting. The location is perfect - just a couple blocks away from East Broadway, with tons of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, etc in Cap Hill. Super easy to grab a cab or Uber/Lyft as well if you're going further. Was able to go for a run, explore the area, etc. Beds were big and incredibly comfortable.
I highly recommend this place!
What a great apartment! Clean, cute, and in an awesome neighborhood. Walking distance to all kinds of Capitol Hill bars/restaurants but also close enough for my lady and I to walk to Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. We're driving the coast and while street parking in the hood was absolutely NOT going to happen, there is an incredibly moderately priced garage just up the block. If/when we're back in Seattle we'd hit up Logan again as the experience was flawless. Thanks so much!!!
