Our historic, 3 story townhouse is an architectural masterpiece located in the former gymnasium of GR's first high school! Your condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 lofts, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, washer/dryer, balcony, and a 24 ft floor to ceiling window with views of downtown GR! Amenities include access to the rooftop pool and hot tub, workout facility, community room and 2 parking spaces in our gated lot. Our gem in the gym is located in the hottest neighborhood in Beer City USA!
