Getaway to The Den in peaceful Lincoln County, Ky, just a mile from great fishing at Cedar Creek Lake! A comfortable country retreat, The Den has a large private outside area where you can enjoy big shady trees, firepit, a lighted patio, propane griddle, picnic table, bar height table and plug-in boat parking. Down the steps to the inside, the full kitchen, 55-inch tv, comfortable seating and extra sleeping options make it perfect for your fishing, family, or old friends' getaway!
The space
Inside, The Den is great for a single or couple, but can sleep up to 7 with no problem. (Standard prices are for 4 guests.) The entry room has a large table (seats 6), perfect for dining, playing games, or working. (Wifi router has ethernet plug-in) The living room has a comfy recliner and heat massage rocker, with room to fold down the futon and roll out the twin sleeper. The bedroom can sleep 2 in the queen bed (memory foam mattress), or 2 more in twin beds. (A total of 3 rollaway beds that easily fold out are located in closets.) The full galley kitchen is just right for long or short stays, with all you need to eat and cook, and plenty of storage.
Guest access
Located way at the back of a 7-acre wooded RV campground, guests of The Den have the full use of the large back yard, with mature trees, huge, covered patio and onsite parking. From the patio, enter The Den down covered steps into a quiet and comfortable unit with everything needed for a great stay.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:
LAUNDRY: The laundry room is located by separate entrance on the end of the house; you can see it when you drive up. (The key box includes a key to the laundry room. Laundry supplies not provided.)
LINENS: We provide fresh mattress covers, pillows and pillow covers for every stay. It's "Bring Your Own Bedding". If you prefer sheets, you will need queen or twin sizes.
INSIDE CLIMATE: There's a ground level unit over The Den that utilizes the front entrance, with a quiet long-term tenant and virtually zero noise detectable inside. The Den is underground; the temperature stays at a comfortable 60 to 70 degrees most of the time. There are fans in every room that create a very comfortable airflow. Dehumidifiers pull out moisture to built in drains on humid days, as long as the door and windows are shut. There is no ac, but the environment stays quite comfortable.
GAME ROOM: (see pictures) Guests are welcome to enjoy the Old Barn Clubhouse at Cedar Creek Camp, about 1/4 mile from TheDen. It's full of games, including a pool table, air hockey and more, and is usually open on weekends or by request. You must cross Hwy 150 to get there.
PROVIDED: Propane, freshly washed bed cover & pillow covers (with pillows), shampoo & body wash
RECOMMENDED TO BRING: Outside folding chairs, bedding, ice, ice chest, laundry supplies (if you plan to wash). Fyi, Crab Orchard has 2 Dollar Stores about 2 miles away.
