  • Louise's flat is beautiful, chic and has a perfect location. It's within walking distance of many Parisian must-visit spots. Brilliantly communicated by public transport. I couldn't have felt more at home.
Louise herself was so easy to communicate with and really helpful and flexible when it came to pick up / drop off of keys. She also had great tips and suggestions for the city.
    Will definitely be back!

  • We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Louise's apartment. We just left 3 days ago and are already missing it. From the time we made the reservation and throughout our stay Louis was very prompt in communicating with us via email and in person. She helped us with Metro directions and recommended a fantastic restaurant, Le Fumoir. Since this was our first airbnb stay, it really put us at ease. She is sophisticated and elegant and speaks fluent english.

The apartment is within a 5 minute walk to the Tuileries Garden. A great location! The decor and general upkeep exceeded our expectations. It was very romantic and eclectic with fantastic art, collectables and books. The wifi works great too. The toilette room is across the apartment from the room with the bath tub. We found this to be quite lovely. The master bedroom is very comfortable with first class linens. We had a 3rd traveler with us and she mentioned the study bed was a little soft. There are two couches in the living room that are very comfortable. She's got a very well stocked kitchen. Really had no negative issues. If I had one comment, and I'm sure it's the same with all airbnb reservations, it would be that at first it's a little odd to be in someone else's apartment as it feels much more intimate than a standard hotel. In our case, we loved it and I'm sure you will too.

    Highly recommended!

  • Louise was extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment is in a good location, but were disappointed to not be able to find any good bakeries or fresh produce stores in the area. The apartment is a little expensive I think, considering there is no laundry, and a very basic sofa bed,, but then Paris is a really expensive city to visit!

    Response from Louise:

My info now includes all 4 bakeries within 5 mins walk.
Twice a week there is a fruit & veg market downstairs (3 supermarkets close by). There was a laundry *service*, at no cost same day.
The 'sofa bed' is a double layer single bed x2 that can be zipped into a double or left as adjacent singles. It is small but I wouldn't say it was basic. It came all the way from London to upgrade the sofa bed that was there before. Regarding the price, hotels in the area are typically 350-400€ for 20/25% of the space.

  • Lovely place, like the photos.
    Everything was as I expected.
    Very well situated.
    We will defenitly repeat again!
