The space
This condo is extra special because it has one balcony facing Northside Park and the sunset and one balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean! Very cozy with all of the comforts of home including a full kitchen 2 Queen size beds and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guest access
This spacious one condo gives access to some of the best views in town including the Bay and the Beach! Only 90 steps to the sand and a very short walk to Northside Park. Rainy day, no worries!! We have an indoor heated pool, fantastic game room and an outside deck for when the sun is out again.
There is also a quiet area on the second floor right around the corner from the game room if you need a little private time.

Other things to note
The Marylander has a reputation for being family friendly and appreciate your cooperation in keeping the noise down after 10pm.

I have been blessed to be local for over twenty years and Northside Park provides my "Hobby Job" I teach Step @ 8am Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Low Impact on the same days at 9am, also Yoga on Thursday mornings.
