Welcome to The Parrish Grove Inn, a newly renovated historic retreat in Cocoa Village. When booked as a full-home rental, the entire inn is yours to gather, reconnect, and create memories with friends, family, or colleagues. Steps from shops, restaurants, and the riverfront, our six renovated ensuite rooms blend historic charm with modern luxury. With plush linens, curated amenities, and shared spaces, you’ll enjoy a private stay while experiencing Cocoa Village and Florida’s Space Coast.

The space
Welcome to our beautiful 1901 Historic Inn. We are a three story home with 6 bedrooms each with a private bathroom located on floors two and three of the home. Our first floor features a large front living room with a dedicate work space and window seats, a library and puzzle room in the turret, a formal dining room, a full kitchen, a fireplace room (fireplace is not operable), a sun room with additional dining and full bathroom, and a large back deck with more seating and outdoor dining areas overlooking the Indian River. At The Parrish Grove Inn, each of our six recently renovated ensuite rooms blends historic charm with modern luxury. No two spaces are alike—each offers its own character, thoughtful design, and elevated comforts. From restored architectural details to fresh, elegant finishes, your room provides everything you need to unwind, refresh, and feel at home. With plush linens, curated amenities, and a serene atmosphere, you'll be perfectly set to enjoy all Cocoa Village and the Space Coast offer.

Guest access
The full house is available for your use, including the kitchen. Laundry is not available as well as two locked owner closets on the first floor.

Our Inn is steps away from Cocoa Village. There are so many great places to explore in our village and we love sharing recommendations. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions about Cocoa or any of the surrounding attractions!

Please note, only guests in your party are permitted on property during your stay. The maximum occupancy is 13 people (we do offer one additional cot and one pack and play for infants). No events, parties, formal or informal are permitted in any part of the Inn (this includes all the inside and outside spaces).
