The space
TnT Family Farm Guest House is a spacious open area fully furnished with a king size sleep number bed, full size sofa sleeper, large six-drawer dresser, matching book shelf and end tables, sofa, and dinette.
Store your belongings in a full walk in closet, refresh from your travel day in the full bath, and refuel in our galley kitchen equipped with basic dishes and cookware, two burners, microwave oven and toaster oven. Staying a few days? Stock the full size refrigerator with your favorite foods.
I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few details:
- I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
- I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
- I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

Guest access
Enjoy your own private access and space. Guest house living space is entirely yours. The attached garage is not open for guests and is in use by property residents. The shared yard is open for guests and supervised guest dogs. Relax under the cottonwood tree while your friendly dogs play in the yard and you enjoy the goats grazing at pasture.
The property is watered with flood irrigation - if the outdoor amenities are important to you please check with hosts prior to booking.

Our neighborhood is a small, unincorporated County Island. Large horse properties showcase gardens, horses, cows, goats and fruit trees. Peacocks roam freely and rabbits are seen through the day. Hawks, falcons and an occasional owl may be perched overhead.

Growing up I was influenced by my grandparents’ farm lifestyle. My grandfather was a horticulturist who used every opportunity to teach me about growing things – both for food and for beauty. His passion grew in me and inspired TNT Family Farm, formerly with many animals, but now only chickens. I enjoy gardening, the outdoors, RV travel, NASCAR, baking, cooking, reading, running, hiking, and most of all, my grandchildren.
