Your going to LOVE 405 North Shore Place and the wonderful new renovations that occurred in May 2020, including new flooring, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, new dining and pendant lighting, fresh paint, new furnishings (including all new king bedroom furniture), coastal art/decorations, and all-new air conditioning!

North Shore guests also enjoy a rooftop pool/hot tub and one of the two oceanfront pools located at Seacrest. And be sure to visit PoolBarJims!

The space
What a great floor plan! Walk in to a foyer with a view straight through to the balcony. The dining area with seating for six is to your left, the kitchen is straight ahead in the middle of the unit and the second bedroom and laundry room are to the right of the entrance.

The fully-equipped kitchen provides ample space and all cookware/utensils for family meal prep and three counter stools for quick meals.

A large living area includes a sleeper sofa and three additional chairs for family gathering and TV viewing.

The balcony is over-sized and includes a dining table for outdoor meals as well as two lounge chairs.

The elegant master suite features an en-suite bathroom with separate vanity and tub/shower areas. And the second bedroom has two full beds and a full bath.

This condo can comfortably handle up to six adults or even a family of eight (since the full beds can each sleep two children).

Guest access
Guests can walk a few steps down the hall to the fourth floor rooftop pool and hot tub. Guests can also access one of the two oceanfront SeaCrest pools located across the street.

Other things to note
Electronic keypad access allows check-in 24/7. Guests will receive check-in information a few weeks prior to check-in.
