Interaction with Guests
As your host I will be around for all your questions. As a Tanjawi since 2006 I can give you good tips where to go , to eat, to shop etc If you need a reliable driver for daytrips to Assilah, Tetouan, Chefchaouen, Mohamed is your man. Like to have a Moroccan dinner at home, Abdullah makes delicious dishes. Or you want to make the first day a walking cultural tour through the medina, kasbah and the Marshan. Then Els is your woman. She speaks a lot of lanquages and knows everything about Tangier´s fascinating history and all it´s eccentric people.
The rue Naciria is in a very good and safe part of the medina close to taxiparkings on the Grand Succo ( 2 minutes). The neighborhood is very alive. Shops, restaurants, cafe´s bring alot of energy and entertainment. Just have a tea at Sakaya and watch the woman from the Rif bringing their products to the market or the fisherman with all the cats behind his car.
Walking, walking and again walking is the best way to get around in the medina. NO cars alowed!! Outside I would also recommend to walk but of course the blue petit taxi´s are everywhere to bring you wherever you want.
We respect our neighbours and other quests in the house. Smoking inside not alowed. With all the outsidespace we have no problem!!
Peter was a real gem of a host. Quick to answer my questions. Arranged for pick up and drop off. Unfortunately I had to leave early because friends in Spain wanted to see me and my friend. Peter was understanding and was prompt to arrange for drop off. Beautiful house, clean and well maintained.
Peter's house is a fine and marvelous place in Tangier's busy medina. The room is big and well decorated - just as the rest of the house. However, keep in mind that this room is just over the street and its sounds, which has its pros and cons. We were sick during our time in Tangier, but the beautiful terraces of the house made up for it. Peter is a great and caring host - he advised us on where to eat and even arranged our transfer to the airport. Thanks!
In the middle of the medina, the house is great: big, pretty, clean... The bedroom is absolutely confortable.
Peter, also great, helped us to make our experience memorable in Tangier.
Awesome Awesome: The 4 C, Clean, Comfortable, Convenient and Classy!
Great and caring host.
Elegant house. It's the same as what you see in pictures, only prettier. The bedroom is very clean and comfortable. Great panoramic view on the terrace!
Peter was a good host, reaching out in time to arrange our transportation from the airport to this lovely home. We obtained a map and some insights in what to visit in our short period there. Rooms we spacious and clean. Only thing that wasn't in line with our expectation was that breakfast was not provided, which we assumed as the property type is marked as bed and breakfast. There are plenty of cute places in the Medina and very cheap, so no big deal at all!
Thanks Latifa! I hope you enjoyed your trip through Morocco back to your original roots in this beautiful country. Sorry for the breakfast-expectation you had but as you can read on the Airbnb-site of the room "breakfast" is not an extra free service the house offers apart from wifi-washingmachine etc. But if my quests like to have breakfast at home of course it can be organized :-) Cheers to you !!
The property is amazing - one of the best places I've ever stayed in! Great room, huge bathroom, beautiful rooftop! We even got bathrobes that I loved!
