Wake up to the gentle wind blowing through the pines, watch a plethora of resident bald eagles soar past your windows, and take in a stunning, unobstructed view of historic Mt. Vernon, George Washington's estate which sits directly across the water.
The Space:
Inside, the estate features a clean, comfortable, and sophisticated design tailored for relaxation. Outside, the property transforms into a massive private sanctuary. With sprawling yard space and two dedicated outdoor dining areas, you can seamlessly host al fresco dinners, enjoy a premium BBQ, or unwind by the outdoor fire pit as the sun sets over the Potomac.
There is a light fitness set-up in the garage that includes a TRX rack, straps and rings with a few sand bags and a bench.
Boating & Water Access:
Bring your boat and hit the water with ease! For boaters and water enthusiasts, there is a free, 24-hour public boat ramp located at historic Marshall Hall, less than a mile from the properties driveway.

The Barrel Sauna Experience
To elevate your luxury getaway, we partner with a local vendor to offer an exclusive amenity. Upon guest request, arrangements can be made to have a luxury barrel sauna delivered and set up on the property for the duration of your stay. Please inquire about availability and pricing at the time of your booking request.
Guest Verification & Estate Security (Required)
Because of the high-end nature of this property, and to maintain strict security and insurance compliance, we require all incoming guests to be vetted before check-in.
The Process: All booking guests must complete an independent identity verification and background screening through our secure, third-party provider, Truvi.
Timeline: This quick, secure process must be completed within 24 hours of your booking confirmation.
Compliance: Please note that failure to complete this screening within the 24-hour window, or a failed background check, will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
We take the safety of our estate and our community seriously, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping this sanctuary secure for everyone.
Guest access
You will have access to the house and detached garage. There are a few locked cabinets and an owners closet that is locked in the master suite.
The shed on the property and all locked spaces including attic storage are off limits to guests.
Other things to note
This is a high-end property with high-end finishes. While we welcome gusts with children and pets upon approval, please understand this is not a house that we rent out often and that the furniture, flooring and finishes are not easily replaceable or repaired.
