This ranch is spectacular: close to the coast and surrounded by wineries in the beautiful Salinas Valley, located along the 101. The yurt is modern: luxurious Tempurpedic bed; cable TV; excellent WiFi; hotel kitchen. The large ranch boasts outdoor games, a fire pit and patios, and walking trails. Enjoy the expansive vineyards views and listen to wildlife. Located in the country yet close to town: four miles from U.S. Route 101; 40 minutes to Monterey / Carmel; 30 minutes to Carmel Valley.

The space
Fresh mountain spring water flows to the yurt so no bottled water is necessary. The yurt has a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, wine necessities, dishes, and paper towels. The modern toilet is right off the deck in a separate, tiled floor private room. There is a Toto clawfoot tub and toiletries. There is no shower. Numerous outdoor spaces include a fire pit and comfortable furniture.

This property is very private and has no neighbors, however the ranch owners are often on-site. Despite the owners being on-site, guests are provided total privacy and there are no noise restrictions placed on guests. There is a large vineyard in-between the ranch and the main road. Coyotes and owls can be heard in the evening. And if it's a clear night, star gazing is wonderful.
