I own this Victorian home in Framingham, Massachusetts and I will be happy to share it with international tourists or parents of students of Framingham State College. The house has 4 bedrooms. I live with 2 roommates. We are clean, friendly and neat. I promise you will be comfortable!
My house is homey and neat. It is equipped with all you need to feel like at home. The interior design is unique, classy and original. I speak Spanish and some Portuguese if you need any help. I have cleaners that maintain the house clean and neat. My roommates are quiet and considerate.
You will have access to all of the common areas. Bathroom and kitchen of course but also dinning room and living room are nice places to hung out or chill out after a long day.
My roommates and I spend little time at home so most of the day the house will be all yours! When we are home, most of the times we are in our bedrooms relaxing or resting, but in some occasions we eat together in the dinning room and hang out for a while.
The house is located very close to Framingham center and 5' away from Natick Mall and Shoppers World etc. There are all kinds of restaurants, bars and stores across the street of the mall as well. We are also within walking distance of the library, the train station and the Metro West Hospital or the Framingham Eye Center. Other companies in the are: Staples, Bose, Math Works, TJX, Nordstrom, Macy's, BBC, Neiman Marcus, Acura, Honda, BJ's, etc.
There are some public transportation near by and the train station is within walking distance but we are also close to Mass Pike, route 9, route 135 and route 126. If you are planning to rent a car I may be able to help you with directions. Parking is available off the street. To come from and to the airport there is a Logan Express bus that is very fast and it comes every 45'
This is a pet free and smoke free house.

This is the top half of a duplexed 1920's detached house, just outside the commercial area of Framingham. I used the accomodations here while I worked at a consulting gig nearby.
The central location is both convenient and quiet with adequate off-street parking (a combination that is often mutally exclusive). The neighborhood environs, though not particularly upscale, seem safe enough that I didn't worry much about walking around or car break-ins. Many of the nearby businesses cater to immigrants. A commuter rail stop, open-field park, and commercial shops are less than a mile away, so it is possible to get by without a car here.
The house has mechanical foibles commensurate with its age, so don't expect power outlets every 8 feet, large closets, locking interior doors, or a brightly lit spacious kitchen. The wood plank floors make their characteristic rumble when people walk about, not really that loud but the sound has no competition from anything else; there is no TV here. The most constraining shortcoming is the single smallish bathroom that must service up to 5 occupants. That is not as bad as it seems, since the other tenants appear work off-hour shifts; even so, I suggest packing a bathrobe so you can repair back to your room for personal hygiene chores, and I suspect anyone with small chilren in tow will find these constraints a hassle.
The common areas, including a living room and formal dining room, are tastefully furnished and kept quite tidy. Your friendly hostess is happy to let you use the common facilities and appliances so long as you are tidy about it yourself. The room itself was plenty spacious and had a decent complement of furniture. A towel and bed clothing were provided. Wi-Fi reception was good throughout.
In sum, I was quite pleased with the quietness, cleanliness, and convenient location of this property and would recommend it to anyone whose needs are consistent with what it can offer.
