Biggest bedroom available in super central Eastside bungalow during SXSW and select weekends. Fully furnished with a queen size bed that can accommodate up to 2 people. Please note price is adjusted to $250/night for 2 people. House itself is a gem with a location that can't be beat!
The house and room are cozily furnished. The room being rented has a queen size mattress and has easy access to the front porch and main bathroom.
The house is your typical old-school Austin bungalow, built in the 1890s. Easy walk or bike ride to downtown and East 6th is just 5 blocks away. Coffee shop, grocery, famous taco/bbq truck, and bangin' cocktail directly next door or across the street. Seriously, you dont have to even leave the block to get everything you want. Also Lady Bird lake and trail are just a few blocks away! Walk to/from the festival on the trail!
Washer and dryer available.

My two roommates will be home during the time of the rental but they also carry full-time jobs during the week. I'm pretty sure both will be attending the festival. You will be able to hang out at the house (of course) during your stay but you will have to be respectful of their sleeping hours during the week.
No extra guests. Two guests max.

We had a wonderful time at Danielle's place! Her house is in a great location, walking distance to great restaurant, food trucks, 6th street and the lake which we ran around twice! The house had everything we needed and Danielle's flatmates were very accommodating and friendly, telling us where to go for BBQ and breakfast tacos etc. The bed was comfortable, the room was private and we had towels and soap left for us which was lovely. Danielle's map of Austin is amazing!

This is an adorable room in an older-but-rehabbed home, walking distance to downtown Austin. The roommates were kind and welcoming, and my stay was perfect. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat!
I really enjoyed my experience staying at Danielle's house. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Danielle was also very friendly and helpful to all of our questions. Also, the house is located in a cool part of town with a lot of cute restaurants nearby. Would def recommend to a friend!
This was my first airbnb experience and it was great! The house is a super cute craftsman style house, in a vibrant and artsy neighborhood. Its right on a main thoroughfare which makes getting places really easy. Danielle let me borrow her bike and I could get to downtown Austin by bike trail in about 10 min. I felt very safe in the house and neighborhood. She even drew a great map of local coffeshops, cafes, etc.
Danielle was a really good host and made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!
