Everything was very clean and beautiful view. Thank you for the excellent experience.
This room was everything described. The view is indeed tremendous! The entire house is absolutely gorgeous, and very clean. It's a quick 10 minute walk to Cole Valley or the Castro district, while still being far enough away to be situated in a cozy neighborhood.
Ernest rents out three rooms in the upstairs, all of which share one (albeit luxurious) bathroom. We never had a problem waiting to use it. The entire space feels very private.
There is a shared living room and kitchen space, with a microwave, toaster, and toaster oven available for guest use.
Our check in went very smoothly at the agreed upon time. We were met to receive the key, and had a quick tour of the house. After that, we had very little interaction with the host.
I recommend reading the house rules very closely before booking, as they are strict (check in and check out times, NO food in the bedrooms, etc).
Overall a great stay that I would eagerly recommend.
Absolutely amazing! Room was very clean, bed super comfortable, and view unbelievable. The bathrooms were also beautiful. Thank you for an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again. :)
Very welcoming hosts. Though the house rules seem complex, they're well-thought through and make for an easy, pleasant stay. The view is incredible at all hours of the day. There are three rooms rented in the house, so you might find yourself waiting in line with other guests for a shower in the morning, but the bathroom itself is lovely. The house is up a (steep) hill from some really wonderful little neighborhoods with great restaurants and cafes.
Listing was perfect, balcony view really was incredible and it made for a very peaceful weekend. As long as you go in having read the house rules beforehand, I don't think you'll have any problems. The room itself as well as bathroom are incredibly nice and absolutely worth it, and the location was excellent.
Although it is my first time used Airbnb, and stayed at someone else's place for my holiday, indeed, it was a such lovely time.
Josh, the son of the landlord is a very friendly and kind guy, and he was very patient to explain the local environment and lifestyle to me, and answer my questions.
The location is good, and the view is just tremendous as it said!!!
Surely, I will stay at their place if it is available for next time!
