**Each unit has its own private entrance and patio along with shared outdoor space.
**Assigned parking for each unit and laundry located at the property (shared laundry facilities).
*Centrally located 20 min from Paradise Coast Sports complex, 30 min from RSW and 5 min to the beach.

Property consists of two duplexes next to each other. Each duplex has two apartment units with each apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 full) and 1 bath (stall shower) with open space living/dining/kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen (no dishwasher) in each unit.
Each unit has its own separate entrance with private patio, outdoor grill and furniture.
Shared gathering space in backyard adjoining the lake.
Laundry facilities are shared by all 4 units (2 washers and 2 dryers) and located on the west side of the middle unit.
