I am available by phone, text or email if any needs or questions arise.
Close to Delaware River for kayaking, canoeing, tubing, etc. Bike trails, antique stores or just walking in the woods make this an idea getaway from city life.
Nearby trails for cross-country skiing in winter. Close to charming villages of Frenchtown, Millford & Lambertville, NJ, as well as New Hope, PA.
Parking for up to 5 cars is available on site. There are buses available from NYC to nearby towns, but taxi services are few and expensive. Having a car is essential as the nearest town is an hour's walk away.
Other Things to Note
Note: although home will be thoroughly cleaned before your stay, it may not be suitable for those allergic to pets as we have 2 dogs who are often there and they may leave residual dander behind.
And fair warning to city dwellers: the internet service is SLOW!! If you remember what dial up service was like, back in the day, the service I get from Verizon in this area is comparable. (I'm not kidding.)
Well behaved pets are allowed, no smoking inside the house.
This is not an investment property, it is my own vacation home that I use to escape from city life. I hope that guests will appreciate the things I love about my home and treat it with the same respect they would treat their own.
