This was the perfect spot for us to live while house hunting and working of obtaining our visas. Walking distance to town, stores, etc. The house was very clean and well appointed with some fruit, butter, cheese, coffee and tea and since we were there over a week we were able to do most of our cooking and not have to eat out all the time. Declan and Kathy were very nice answering many of the questions we had about Wexford. A special thank you to Declan for giving us the name of a doctor, who accepted us as patients so we could file papers for the Visa. Thank you both for a pleasant stay.

Very nice people to stay with! Very central if you are looking for somewhere near to town. Would recommend 100%! Thanks Declan and Kathy:)
I spent 4 weeks at Cathy and Declan and felt very comfortable from the first moment. Cathy picked me up from the bus station in Wexford, so I did not have to search the apartment after a tiring journey. On the way to the apartment they showed me directly the shopping and everything else important. The apartment is clean and very comfortable and well located. The fridge was filled with everything for the first breakfast. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Cathy and Declan are great hosts. Cathy has taken me in the first few days to the Curracloe Beach nearby, so I could see him and find alone. Because he is hiding and he was my absolute favorite beach. We had two trips together, for example to the Hook. Cathy took me to Kilkenny, we have together visited pubs and even a short film demonstration in the local Arts Centre. I write this in such detail, to show how great the two. Open, always friendly and helpful, funny, just easy going people. Wexford is a beautiful little town with a nice harbour, lots of culture and pubs. A good location with links to many other interesting places in Ireland. I can very high recommend this apartment. Cathy and Declan, I thank you for this wonderful stay.
Declan and Kathy were great hosts and we had a really good stay in their apartment. The accomodation was just as we hoped for - a central location, really clean and very nicely presented. The outside seating was a real bonus as we had superb weather! The best thing, though, was the warm welcome we had from our hosts who went to great lengths to make us feel welcome and to ensure we got the most out of our time in Wexford.
Great experience, the apartment is ideally located, 10 min from everything you need, close to restaurant and city center and calm in the same time.
Declan and Kathy were excellent hosts, there were both very discreet and available when something was needed. They even came to pick us up from the rail station
Appartment is clean, furnished and decorated with taste, no gigantic but good enough to feel very comfortable.
Thank you both again !
I had a feeling from previous reviews it would be a good experience dealing with Declan and Kathy and I wasn't wrong, they were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is modern, very clean and within walking distance to town. Declan and Kathy were wonderful hosts, extremely friendly and kind and I would recommend their apartment and hospitality any time. Thank you to you both.
Declan & Kathy are fantastic hosts and the apartment is perfect as a basecamp to discover the South East of Ireland and to move around and discover what this region can offer to their visitors. Our 3 years old daughter enjoyed the playground -a lot- and we had everything we could need during the days we spent at Wexford. Highly recommended!
