The neighborhood of Santana is vibrant and full of nice spots to explore. Braz Leme avenue, which is very close to the house, is full of nice restaurants, a cool boulevard with running lane if you need to exercise and great trees with good shade for chilling out after your work out or for just relaxing and having a walk.
The flat is a 5 min bus ride to Santana Metro station. Close to the Sambódromo (where Carnival in Sao Paulo takes place), close to Anhembi and Center Norte ( Exhibition and Convention Center), close to shopping malls and to nice parks. And there are also Supermarkets and bakeries around the corner if you feel like staying in and cooking at home.
