Interaction with Guests
Most of the time guests will be sharing the apartment with just me. I usually work from home so I can generally be very flexible on check in times. I work from the corner of my living room, guests are welcome to make use of the Living room when I'm not working there. Also when I'm not working I am happy to advise guests on things to do & see in Liverpool & always enjoy chatting to guests about their travel adventures etc.
Occasionally I may be away traveling somewhere myself & I then arrange with a friend to check you in & you have the apartment to yourselves.

Other Things to Note
There is currently building work going on from Monday to Friday opposite the Apartment. They start work at about 8am. Also the road below is closed to traffic due to the works, which is a good thing as noise at night is much less than it used to be with no traffic able to go down the road. Obviously though there can be some noise from the building works on weekdays from 8am. If getting a taxi to my apartment ask them to take you to Print works on Henry street from where my apartment's front door is just a 20 meter walk down the pedestrian walkway.
No major House Rules except No Smoking & If you wish to use the kitchen please clean up afterwards. You will of course have your own set of keys & are free to come & go as you wish but please keep noise to a minimum late at night. While I prefer not to charge any security deposit the electronic communal entrance key fob is rather expensive to replace so please look after it & in the event of losing it you are liable for it's replacement cost of around £50
I also offer the option of an Airbed for the 2nd person. Please let me know in Advance if you would prefer this set up
