Welcome to The Outlook at Hayden Lake, a thoughtfully designed retreat overlooking Hayden Lake where modern mountain style, spacious gathering areas, and peaceful surroundings create the perfect place to unwind. Designed for families and groups, the home features three living spaces, a private hot tub, fitness room, wet bar, basketball court, and community lake access. Whether you're exploring North Idaho or simply slowing down, you'll have plenty of room to reconnect.
The space
One thing we appreciate most about this home is how naturally it brings people together. The kitchen becomes the gathering place while meals are prepared, conversations continue around the fireplace, kids often make themselves at home downstairs, and the day usually ends outside on the deck or soaking in the hot tub. It never feels like everyone has to be in the same room to enjoy being together.
From the moment you arrive, natural light fills the main living spaces, oversized accordion glass doors blur the line between indoors and out, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces make it easy for everyone to settle in at their own pace.
Whether you're traveling with extended family, another couple, or a group of friends, the home's layout offers the perfect balance of shared spaces and quiet retreats.
Main Level
Stepping through the front door, you're welcomed into a bright open-concept living space where expansive windows immediately draw your attention toward Hayden Lake.
To your left, the designer kitchen becomes the heart of the home, while to your right, a cozy sitting room centered around a beautiful double-sided fireplace offers the perfect place to slow down with coffee or conversation.
Straight ahead, the dining area is framed by oversized windows and dramatic accordion glass doors that open completely onto the covered deck, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
Kitchen & Dining
Designed with entertaining in mind, the fully equipped kitchen offers generous prep space, premium finishes, and a large island with seating for four.
Just beyond, the built-in dining area comfortably seats six beneath a large picture window overlooking Hayden Lake, making it a beautiful place to gather for breakfast before heading out or dinner after a day exploring North Idaho.

The lower level was thoughtfully designed to provide flexibility for larger groups and multi-generational families.
Private Guest Wing
One side of the lower level functions as a private guest wing that can be closed off from the remainder of the downstairs.

Dedicated fitness room with Smart TV, yoga mats, and light weights
Direct access to the lower patio

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Guests may park in front of the garage or use the home's unpaved circular driveway for easier maneuvering and unloading.
